Royal Caribbean Reviews

staff was fantastic. Accomadions were excellent.

John S. of Califon, NJ

Sailed on the Mariner of the Seas to the Western Mediterranean

Royal Caribbean is one of the best in the business. They make you feel like you really matter. From the room attendants to the wait staff. They knew your name at dinner or if by chance they were working the buffet, they would address you. Our room attendant knew if our children had been by our stateroom and we just crossed paths. They didn't give you the impression that they were just working for your tip. You felt like family!

This ship was spectacular. It was decorated beautifully. You could look at the art work on the walls and know what it was. Just beautiful. The rooms were fantastic as was the room stewards. We would highly recommend this ship and cruise.

The cruise was excellent.

Sailed on the Allure of the Seas to the Western Caribbean

RoyalCarribean was perfect! The ship was big and had a lot of fun things to do. There was something for everyone. The staff, especially our waiters and stateroom attendant gave us excellent service - we felt like we were treated like royalty! We are planning another cruise in a couple of years thanks to the pleasant experience we had.

They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their service

Tammy D. of Mansfield, OH

Sailed on the Explorer of the Seas to the Caribbean-Eastern

Cruise (Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas August 13-20th in the Eastern Caribbean) was just OK. Ship was fantastic and beautiful, but lots of issues with poor guest services, seemingly poor management aboard the ship.

Sailed on the Oasis of the Seas to the Caribbean

RoyalCarribean exceeded any expectations I had for this cruise. We were treated special and had all our needs met. The personel was just unbelievable. From the first day until our last day we continued to be impressed by the hard working staff. It was such a wonderful family vacation. All of your needs are met on a 24 hour basis.

Sailed on the Allure of the Seas to the Caribbean

Sometimes the food could have had a better taste/flavor. I guess I was expecting more. I couldn't have asked for more(the amount)food. I received everything I asked for and more. Special requests were handled, but it took a littler effort on my part to get them every day.

Brian P. of El Paso , TX

Sailed on the Freedom of the Seas to the Caribbean-Western

RCL did an outstanding job on the cruise and tour. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. We never had to wait very long for anything, including reboarding the boat. The cruise tour was equally smooth and efficient. No waiting for hotel check-in and no handling of baggage. The post-cruise tour guide and bus driver handled everything.

Sailed on the Radiance of the Seas to the Alaska

The cruise didn't have enough entertainment options.

Susan C. of Williamstown , NJ

Sailed on the Explorer of the Seas to the Bermuda

Great ship and service, very good shore excursions. Food quality was uneven - but overall pretty good.
