After vacationing on 8 cruises (he's up to 61 now) Shawn became a Cruise Consultant and his strength is definitely his passion for the product! His love for travel became evident after taking over 35 trips while working for an airline for 3.5 years. However, since his first cruise in July of 2004, cruising has become Shawn’s preferred method of travel. With a background in Customer Service, Shawn has worked in front-line positions for several well-known Customer Service-focused companies.
