Welcome to the Golden city of Prague, renowned for its gleaming golden spires. After hotel check-in, there is time to relax or to start to explore this magnificent city. Later, enjoy a Welcome Drink and dinner with your Tour Director and companions.(Dinner)

This morning our guided walking tour includes a visit to the imposing St. Vitus Cathedral which stands within the precincts of ancient Prague Castle. Later we walk down to the spacious Old Town Square to admire the Astronomical Clock and to have views of the Charles Bridge. Afterwards, maybe take a lunch cruise on the Vltava River or shop for bargains in Bohemian crystal or unique costume jewellery?(Buffet Breakfast)

A full day at leisure and there is so much to see and do, perhaps take an excursion to the German city of Dresden or visit one of the castles on the outskirts of the city? In the evening perhaps drink some refreshing Pilsen beer or attend an opera performance in one of Prague’s many s. This evening we enjoy a 'Be My Guest' dinner of authentic local cuisine.(Buffet Breakfast / 'Be My Guest' Meal)

Today we travel south via Brno, one-time headquarters of Napoleon, to Bratislava, capital of the Slovak Republic, where we see the Presidential Palace and the quaint Old Town. Then we cross the border into Austria and continue to the imperial capital city of Vienna. Tonight, why not take a stroll though the Prater Park and take a ride on the famous big wheel, immortalized by the film ‘ The Third Man.’(Buffet Breakfast)

Today's guided sightseeing tour shows us the Hofburg Palace, the Parliament Buildings, the Opera House, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and we take a walk through the oldest part of the city. Later there is free time to explore further on your own or maybe to take a trip into the magnificent Vienna Woods which lie just outside the city. Tonight, we enjoy a Highlight Dinner of Viennese at a ‘Heurige’, a local wine tavern situated just outside Vienna.(Buffet Breakfast)

Enjoy a full day at leisure. Perhaps shop in the Kärntnerstrasse, visit beautiful Schönbrunn Palace or visit Vienna’s more unusual museums such as the one dedicated to Sigmund Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis, who taught at the university for many years. Later, maybe treat yourself to coffee and a delicious pastry in a typical Viennese coffee house or take in a concert of Strauss music?(Buffet Breakfast)

This morning it is only a short drive to the Hungarian border. We drive along the route known as the Danube bend with its quaint old villages and orchards. Here we stop at Esztergom and see its fine cathedral, castle and St. Tamas Hill before following the Danube to Budapest and our hotel for the next three nights.(Buffet Breakfast)

Today our sightseeing tour with the local guide includes a walking tour of old Buda which shows us among other monuments, the Matthias Church and Fishermen's Bastion. Later we also see the Great Synagogue and Heroes' Square. Then free time to shop for Hungarian embroidery or fine porcelain and tonight maybe sample Hungarian in a local restaurant to the accompaniment of traditional romantic gypsy style music!(Buffet Breakfast)

A full day to relax and enjoy the sights or perhaps indulge in some spa treatments at one of the Turkish baths. Tonight, join your Tour Director and fellow for a Farewell Dinner with wine in a local restaurant to celebrate the end of your tour together.(Buffet Breakfast / Farewell Dinner)

This morning it is time to bid farewell to new-found friends and your Tour Director. There are transfers provided to Budapest Airport to arrive at approximately 07.00 and 11.00 for your return flight home.(Buffet Breakfast)
