customers say

Atlas World Traveller receives high praise for its exceptional service, intimate ship size, and unique itineraries, especially for expedition cruises to destinations like Antarctica and the Arctic. Guests consistently highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, comfortable and well-appointed cabins, and the overall cleanliness and quality of the ship. Food and dining experiences are generally positive, though some guests note inconsistency and limited variety. Entertainment and activities are appreciated, particularly the lectures and expedition team, but some guests wish for more variety and better organization. Excursions are a highlight for many, though communication and logistical issues are occasionally mentioned. Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi packages are a common source of frustration. Overall, Atlas World Traveller offers a premium, small-ship experience with a focus on personalized service and adventure, though there are areas for improvement in communication, food variety, and specialty services.

We enjoyed our trip but the wifi charge was crazy. The gangplank/walkway was awful and risky. Staff were very good. Food was good. Room was great. Entertainment was good. Spa was good. Laundry was good but we have experienced an option for a free bag. No option with Atlas. The boarding was a crush with everyone arriving for 3pm.

The World Traveler is almost new and has a great design with very comfortable staterooms, good food, and exceptional staff. The smaller ship makes it so easy to get on and off the boat while in port. And it was great to have wine and cocktails included. The excursion in Tangier did not meet my expectations--$100 pp to hike around to get sales pitches from stores--but the other excursions were very good. However, they need to define the activity levels of the excursions in more detail. I liked the events with expert speakers, but it would be nice to have more activities, especially when at sea

“Trip of a Lifetime”
5 Stars
Cruise Date: 03/14/2025
Destination: Antarctica
Our trip to Antarctica was definitely memorable. Having a pair of Humpback whales inches from our Zodiac coming up and blowing was amazing. They stayed near us and kept coming up for about 20 minutes. On one landing we saw about 18000 Gentoo penguins and the young ones were so curious. My husband had three that kept trying to get close to him. We were supposed to stay 15 feet away, but nobody told the penguins that. Just the size of the glaciers and icebergs was awe-inspiring. The Atlas World Traveler crew and Expedition team were all so helpful and knowledgeable that they made the trip an
