Clebrity Silhouette was a beautiful ship and from start to finish everything was first class.

I love a cruise, once on the ship it is the most relaxing vacation.

Ocean view room was great. Food was good. Ports were amazing. Entertainment was okay.

We like Celebrity but this time they did not have our beverage package so called Dino from ship before it left & he called their main office who then called the ship so we got package.

Celebrity always meets, or exceeds, our expectations.

I have traveled with Celebrity Cruises before and I think they are the best. If possible on the cruise I am taking if celebrity does it there are my choice hands down.

I would have given it a "10" except that we were supposed to have a handicapped accessible shower in my sisters cabin but we did not. Luckily, with effort, she didn't fall and all was well. Celebrity seems to be a more sophisticated, quieter cruise line than some others - which made it perfect for a handicapped person.

The good was very good and the not so good poor. The service in Celebrity Dining was very good. The dining at the buffet too crowded, not enough seating etc and the food average. In the general areas at times service was non existent. Too many rules and they accused guests of not attending compulsory events (life jacket drill etc) when they did. Couldn't fix our cold shower first time and no feedback, and this was a balcony cabin.

Celebrity Cruises are the best. Ships clean and crew attentive and courteous.

We have cruised with Celebrity on numerous occasions and loved everything about it. This time we had a terrible time. We didn't enjoy the Aqua Class because of the dining arrangements. We have always depended on the seated dining to meet and make friends for the cruise. We sat alone at a table for two in the Blu Restaurant and found nothing on the menu that appealed to us. We also found the staff were not as friendly and accommodating as on previous trips and once we had a bartender become belligerent when we gave him our seapass that had the beverage package stamp. We also found the passangers to be rude. We know that we cannot hold the line to blame for the civility of the passengers nor for the cool weather, it will be a long time before we consider another cruise.

Food and service was great. The boat was beautiful.

many problems , I don't think that they are use to deal with back to back cruisers

My wife on one of the ship's excursions in St Lucia, slipped and fell in an unsafe change room broke her wrist and the way Celebrity handled and left us in St. Lucia was unprofessional and disappointing as we have sailed with them over 20 times and expected better treatment/response, at that time and after the cruise. Is it happen we had to fly back after spending the night in a hospital, for my wife to have the operation back home.

Met expectations!

Lezlie recommended Celebrity Cruise Line. I had never used them before and we had a wonderful experience.
