Terms and Conditions

• Free Room Cancellation offer is valid on new bookings to select Sandals Resorts with travel through 8/31/2021 (excluding Over-The-Water Bungalows & Over-The-Water Villas at Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals South Coast, and Sandals Grande St. Lucian), and applies to the land portion only. Blackout dates include 2/13/21-2/19/21.
• Free Cancellations may be made up to 31 days prior to check-in date to receive a full refund on the land/room portion of the stay.
• Cancellations made 30-15 days prior to travel will receive a combination of 50% refund and 50% travel certificate for future travel to any Sandals or Beaches Resort within 12 months of the original arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 14 days and up to the day of arrival will receive a travel certificate for future travel to any Sandals or Beaches Resort within 12 months of the original arrival date.
• All cancellations of, or changes to, airfares are subject to applicable airline carrier penalties and restrictions. Certain airfares may be non-refundable regardless of time of cancellation.
• Offers have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another booking.
• Cancellation policy may vary for Loyalty & Travel reservations.
• Insurance premiums and wedding décor are non-refundable.
• Select resorts may impose a resort fee, which is not included in the price, and is payable directly to the resort.
• Offer is capacity controlled and may be removed at any time without notice.
