Over the years, I have explored the world through my 24 years of military service in the U.S. Air Force, as well as my time as a Peace Officer. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for different cultures, destinations, and the joy of well-planned travel. With over five years as a travel agency owner, I specialize in planning unforgettable cruises, family vacations, friend getaways, and romantic escapes for couples. After a brief retirement and a family relocation to North Carolina, I was humbled by the number of loyal clients who reached out, asking me to return to the business. Their trust and excitement inspired me to relaunch as an independent agency within the Avoya Travel Network, continuing my mission of crafting seamless, stress-free vacations. My Travel Adventures I have explored Europe’s breathtaking historical sites, marveled at its stunning architecture, and even climbed the towers of medieval castles in Germany. One of my most cherished experiences was embarking on a Christmas Markets river cruise along the Legendary Danube, where I drifted past storybook villages, majestic castles, and world-renowned vineyards, immersing myself in the rich culture and history of each stop along the way. Another unforgettable journey was our cruise to the Greek Islands, where we stepped back in time to admire ancient ruins, indulged in delicious local cuisine, and shared laughter over fine wine with the warm and welcoming locals. My love for travel has also taken me across the globe, from Japan, where I explored ancient traditions and vibrant cityscapes, to Mexico, where I uncovered fascinating historical treasures, wandered through ancient ruins, visited world-class museums, and even went whale watching along its stunning coastlines. I’ve cruised to Bermuda, where I soaked up the island’s relaxed charm, admired its colorful homes, and walked on the softest pink-sand beaches imaginable. The Caribbean has welcomed me with open arms, offering an unbeatable mix of rich culture, lively music, incredible food, and some of the friendliest locals I’ve ever met. I’ve hiked through the jungles of Panama, ridden the train through the Canal Zone, and even set off on an exciting—and delicious—salmon fishing adventure in Alaska. Of all the places I’ve traveled, Hawaii remains one of my family’s all-time favorite destinations. Whether staying at Disney’s Aulani Resort on Oahu, chasing waterfalls in Kauai, snorkeling in Maui, visiting Pearl Harbor, or zip-lining and horseback riding through lush landscapes, every visit to the islands has been unforgettable. And no matter which island we’re on, the sunsets never disappoint! Our love for cruising has taken us to incredible destinations, and we’ve also enjoyed staying at family-friendly resorts, balancing adventure with relaxation. Whether it’s an action-packed excursion or a peaceful evening watching the sunset from a balcony, every vacation is a treasured moment in time—one that I hope will live in my family’s memory forever.
