Everything was perfect on our tour.

AMA did the small things very well. However, significant stomach sickness among the ship's guests was not dealt with appropriately by staff.

All parts were fantastic and we really enjoyed things. Minor details could be tweaked but all in all we had a great trip.

Almost perfect - cleanliness, friendliness of staff & competent, wonderful food, good wine, trips interesting.

The four of us agreed it was first class and one of the best vacations ever. Everyone on the ship was helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

The ship was by far the best one on the river as we went down stream...friends of ours were on another ship and did not have nearly as much fun as we did...the whole crew were well trained in customer satisfaction from the start to the end...Kris(sp?) the cruise manager was extremely helpful to us in arranging separate travel as we departed for a week on land in Germany...

This was our second AMA cruise and we found it delightful. My only complaint would be that the ship's officers tell passengers not to run on the deck before 9:00 in the morning, but do nothing to ask passengers returning to their cabins late at night to be quiet in the hallways to keep from disturbing those who go to bed earlier.

It was amazing! They bent over backward to make sure we had a great time.

Only had one problem which we feel could have been handled in a more professional manner by the cruise company. The cruise and the itinerary were great as was the cruise director.

Our river cruise was wonderful. The ship was new and comfortable and the crew was friendly and efficient.

The service was superb, the staff friendly and very efficient. The tours were well planned and the guides very knowledgeable. The cruise director took care of everything.

AMA was fantastic. As a single woman travelling alone I was a bit concerned about fitting in, but the crew were welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. The walking tours were interesting and well planned. The meals were wonderful and the flexible seating meant I met lots of people, while the small size of the cruise met I really got to make friends. The cabin, even on the third level, was comfortable and bright. I plan to take another AMA cruise.

Best vacation ever. Cities and Villages were fabulous and the cruise up the Danube was gorgeous. The agenda had a perfect allocation of time between cruising and site seeing. And our bike ride from Durnstein to Melk was an absolutely beautiful trip. All of the AMA staff were great. The ship and cabins were wonderful. We will definitely travel with AMA again.

Suite very nice- but sheets were dirty. They also only change the sheets once a week. Disgusting. Food Good, tours nice, but all we were shown were the poor villages, there were tons of rich areas and it is good to see contrast and what is new in the cities. Staff nice. entertainment very poor. But enjoyed it.

AMAWaterways is an excellent cruise provider. The ship was beautiful, and the staff was beyond my expectations. I would have rated them a 10, except for a problem that was not appreciated on our last day of the trip. But, aside from that (and they said they would correct that so others need not suffer from the same problem), all was great. From beginning to end, the ship was phenomenal, the food was a delight, and the people on the ship serving us, helping us, and entertaining us were, without exception, among some of the most superior service providers I have ever had the privilege to encount
