Great trip great ship and great crew

Excellent service throughout

Everything was high class and 100% satisfying. It was our 30th anniversary trip, first in Europe for one of us. We cannot say enough good things about everything related to the trip: ship staff, tour guides, amenities, food, accommodations-everything. We will definitely travel Amawaterways again and again!

We loved this trip - the cities, the extensions, ship and staff. We met some great people and had a fantastic time. Only thing I would change is that there was big travel group that seemed to be catered to above others on the ship. This group was rude and exclusive for most of the trip. I would not want to travel with a group on board like this again

Had a wonderful time AGAIN on Ama. Very nice stateroom with excellent new bath layout, very functional. Wish the weather had been a bit warmer, but otherwise great!

Took my parents for my mom's 70th birthday. The route was fantastic; the staff amazing. The tours were fantastic and accommodated different ability levels.

From the ship to the cruise director, the food, and then the excursions well it was well worth the money we spent. I forgot to mention the excellent crew who were just so pleasant and friendly. Thanks for a great trip.

Everything was good , from the food to the shore excursions. The cruise director Christian was excellent and went out of his way to help us when our privately booked transport at the end of the cruise failed to show up. We will definitely cruise with AMA again!

We had a fabulous time and felt so pampered. Staff was incredible, food was fantastic and the tours in each city were fun and enlightening. Loved that they had different paces for the tours so we could go faster than some of the slower guests.

The ship and crew were wonderful and the activities were interesting and fun.

Ama was recommended to me by a friend who did the same cruise with Ama and three other carriers. She was right ........ Ama is the way to go. Everything was perfect!

This was an awesome cruise and AMA exceeded all my expectations.

I thought AmAWaterways did a terrific job with almost everything. There were a couple of areas, food service staff is one where they could improve with a larger compliment of employees. I also wasn't blown away by the food choice and taste, not bad, but not excellent. From a convience standpoint I would prefer a plan where beverages were included instead of signing individual tickets, in my case it is not the cost simply the inconvenience.
