“Truely an amazing experience in handling the Customer and providing right information and staying genuine”
5 Stars
Cruise Date: 11/08/2024
Destination: Antarctica
Such a surreal experience and a few of the best days of our life for me and my wife. Importantly being genuine to the customers and providing correct information and helping to the best possible ways, which is a rare quality with most of the Travel networks. Thank you for setting a benchmark for us which may be hard for other agencies to live up to. Thanks to each individual from your Travel team, expedition team and the crew members on the Ship voyage for taking care of us at every point of time. Will definitely look out to meet up again with another expedition voyages in future.

wished for perhaps a lecture on the areas visited, historic, culture, political climate etc. Wished for local evening entertainment or something related to the areas visited. Michael, the cruise director has a fabulous voice and I enjoyed his shows, however a blend would have been nice. Movies were lame.

Loved the ship- fantastic with a great crew, food, etc - everything. Didn't enjoy all the ports-especially Safi. The fact that there was no welcome when you got off the ship and ZERO transportation at some was very disappointing. My wife couldn't walk the long long way to catch a ride into town.

This was our first time on Atlas, following almost a dozen trips on Viking, Royal Clipper, Windstar and Caledonian and this was really an excellent trip on a beautifully equipped boat with a great staff. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. The ship, crew and amenities on board are impeccable, Meals were excellent. Ports of call were interesting. the White Night in Ibiza was amazing. Only regret that Atlas does not do US ports. Would definitely cruise with Atlas again.

We boarded the World Traveller at NIce port at 3 pm , no covered waiting facility for passengers, this is normally expected for higher end cruise. Unfortunately once on board my wife after having a slice of quiche at Paula's pantry, was violently sick and confined to bed until the next morning. In other respects the cruise was all in all enjoyable and we appreciated the more intimate atmosphere the a small 200 passenger ship affords.

The ship is beautiful and the staff is exceptional. Th Itinerary itself was 5* worthy. The entertainment and the Guest Chef, Massimo Capra, were talented and everso entertaining. The excursions were also better than any we have ever been on. When we are ready to go away again and if there is an itinerary that we love, we will surely book an Atlas Cruise again.

Surpassed our expectations! I've travelled quite a bit to 50+ countries and have experienced many different means of accommodations and adventures. This cruise line has thought of everything. Great itinerary. Exceptional service and staff. Excellent food and drink. Really loved the entire experience! Met many fellow travelers that became friends. :)

“Lovely first time on the Atlas ship World Traveler”

We thoroughly enjoyed our Malta to Malta cruise including its unusual stops in Sicily and Capri. The ship is lovely and having only a couple of hundred guests, it was easy to connect with others. We had a Navigator Suite which was quite roomy and pleasantly decorated. The food was very good, especially the generous buffet lunches and breakfasts including a whole section on plant-based choices. The entertainment was magic - world class singers including Julie, the best cruise director we've ever had, as were the guest chef and guest winery owner. The crew were first class - friendly, extr

“The Best!”

This was our second Atlas cruise and it won't be our last. Not only are the destinations great (they can go where the larger ships can't), the people are fabulous. From our cabin butler to the dining room staff, the willingness to above and beyond is impressive. The food on this cruise (an epicurean expedition) was some of the best I've ever eaten. But one of the best things about this cruise line is its size. It's an intimate experience, and not massively crowded like some of the floating cities out there. We only had around 160 passengers on this and the attention you get is exemplary. They

First, the excellent - the staff of the World Traveller. Everyone we encountered was over the top excellent - with special nods to the room steward, to my two favorite wait staff and to the bartenders in the Dome Lounge. I rarely mention a cruise director on an ocean cruise, but Julie was exceptional. She was so talented overall as a performer - singer, comedienne and personality. I think we may see her name in lights some day. Plus she was always around the ship with a cheerful hello and an offer to help. The very good items - the Epicurean talks, including Mara Pappathodoro, Julietta Da

“12-Night Europe Cruise”

Cruise Date: 07/24/2024

Generally, the cruise was enjoyable. However, one considering the cruise should be sure and read the fine print. The "free" wi-fi is free only to very limited extent which is quickly exceeded. The free drinks are also indirectly limited. Quantity is not a problem, but the bar brands are basic; okay but basic. If the intent is to sample a wider variety, this will quickly become expensive. The wine selection was the same every day with the same 4 reds and the same 3 whites along with a Rose. Again, the selections were okay, but limited. Oddly, when we inquired what the wines were, the re

For the most part, our first experience on Atlas was above average. Service staff (waiters, bartenders, and room stewards) were excellent and definitely provided first class service. Accommodations were first class as well. Spa services were excellent and most meals were above average - although we were disappointed with our meals on a couple of occasions. Administrative staff behind the reception desk and land tour staff could have been more helpful. On a couple of occasions we asked for assistance or had questions and the common response was that we needed to check with someone else -
