Excellent cruise! Staff very accommodating!

This was a great cruise but I was disappointed in Blu. In the past we had a dedicated wait staff but on this one not so. They were good but didn’t build the rapport we’ve had in the past. The food was delicious as always. Service throughout the ship was great as was the entertainment.

Excellent trip because: smooth sailing; timely port arrivals and departures; very clean and maintained; very good food choices; friendly staff; super good entertainment options.

Great time

What a relief to feel warm air and sunshine. And, what a thrill to have that accompanied by great service and food. The crew on Reflection always had a welcoming word and a smile to back it up. Something for everyone!

The Celebrity Relection is an attractive ship and had well kept public areas. The crew were all very nice and accommodating. The food was satisfactory but not great. The activities and pool area were mostly good and were geared towards people in their 50s to 70s. There were quite a few older people on the cruise. Overall we had a nice time, but I got Covid on the day we finished the cruise.

Very disappointed with Celebrity. My first cruise with them, and likely my last….

We had a wonderful time! The entertainment was great! The dinners were fantastic, the desserts could have been better!

My friends and I enjoyed our cruise on the Celebrity Reflection February 3, 2024. The ship is very clean and well laid out. The balcony cabins were large, but needed a bit more storage. The main dining room’s food was fine, but rarely outstanding. We enjoyed the Buffet. All staff was excellent! Lounge chair hogs were out in full force. Getting on and off the ship was incredibly easy and fast. Our travel agent, Lynn, was a huge help in every aspect of our cruise!

Embarking the Celebrity Reflection was quick and easy as long as you’ve done all of the pre boarding paperwork. The stateroom had plenty of room and we loved the layout with the bed by the balcony. Our main dining experience was wonderful, good food and great service! Our Caribbean Island stops were fun as was the entertainment on board the ship. We all enjoyed our trip!

Great Cruise itinerary! Great Crew! Great food! Good entertainment! Only issue was the constant wait time for elevators. Sailed on many Celebrity ships and this is the only one with the problem. My 2nd cruise on Reflection and the 1st had the same problem. 6am going to Cafe al Bacio is the only time we didn’t wait.

This was our 25th plus cruise and didn’t really have a lot of high expectations. The cruise itself met and exceeded what we thought. Food was good, not exceptional but okay. Disappointing breakfasts in the dining room as we are not real buffet fans. The grill and buffet was the only option for lunch. Not great. Dinners however, in the dining room were very good. Tried one specialty dinner in the Tuscan Grille. Wouldn’t recommend for the price. Nice ship, great entertainment. Would travel on this ship again if the price was right

I can’t put into words how amazing the ship and staff members were on this cruise!! I would definitely recommend the Reflection to anyone wanting to book a cruise!!!

Met all expectations

This is my 4th Celebrity cruise. They are going downhill. The seated dinners got very boring and mundane. Personal service was lacking. No refills on wine or coffee. We told the gal At reservations it was our anniversary and they did nothing. No more surf and turf dinner. A big Ho-hum. Moving on from here.

Celebrity Reflection is a beautiful ship. The ports of call were fabulous. I believe that the main dining room is disfunctional due to the waiters stations being more than 30+ metres from tables. Unlike on Princess where the sttaions are next ot the tables and so staff are close by. I also believe that there was little live msuic during the day.

Celebrity Cruise didn’t meet my expectations pretty much any level, wouldn’t cruise with them again.
