Unable to go to 3 out of 6 ports

Everything was great except the food in luminae wasn’t wonderful. Also we got covid so that puts a damper on the vacation.

Enjoyed finally going on a cruise after 2.5 years. Celebrity is a great cruise line. The entertainment and food was wonderful. Crew was great in every department.

Difficulty understanding what was needed for admission to Canada. Food was good but not great most of the time. Too many international foods. Weather was not good which is not controlled by Celebrity. First excursion to Bar Harbor was a 2 hour trip, with only one stop. Price too expensive for that. Second excursion, the bus got stuck and took 1 1/2 hours for tow truck to pull us out. Getting seated at restaurant for Any Time Diners took 1/2 - 1 hour for 4 of the nights. Lack of servers took a long time to get to food. Entertainment was excellent, thanks to Sarah- the cruise director and all t

The ship was wonderful, shows too. A few glitches in the beginning with prepurchased dining coupons. All I all a good trip, even with the extra sea day. Thank you!

Service on the Summit was abysmal due to staffing, and it appears to be by management design.

Trip itself was OK , staff was OK , hard to get info as things happened that you would not hear about , food was average , entertainment was OK , there stated Covid protocols were poorly adhered to , had an accident on the next to last day ( not their fault ) , Ships dr. fixed my problem but forced me of the ship to a local hospital which was very time consuming and expensive and stressful for my wife because they wanted her to pack up our room in case we missed the ship out of Portland Me.. all in all the last part was stressful.

Most was good. But the food was disapoiting.

Our New England / Canada cruise was a delight. All of the ports were interesting, beautiful and DRY. We had expected rain most of the time. The food and services on board were totally at Celebrity highest standards. We loved the Oceans Cafe make over. The bar seating was perfect fit.

Once again the celebrity Summit exceeded expectations.

Enjoyed cruising Iceland, Greenland and Canada.

Good value in general, excellent menus, helpful staff. Disappointed that there was no classical music and no library, although we did participate in the book exchange area, though only a few books were there. Some of the excursions were overpriced, especially the walking ones. We could smell cigarette smoke in some of the cabin halls, but I imagine that is difficult to control. Thank you.

Great trip until ride home when boat was travelling very fast and people were getting sea sick

Food and entertainment were wonderful! The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The Summit was immaculate.

It was great to be back on a ship after 2 1/2 years. The staff was absolutely great food was too good I gained 5 pounds. Looking forward to booking our next cruise wherever that may be.

Disappointed that there was only one shore excursion for the handicap and that it was 5 hours long, 3 hours would have been so much more manageable.

It did not disappoint. TA was very quick to answer questions and help.

Little rough start with change of itinerary and Bermuda Tourism application but once onboard treated like royalty. Service unparalleled. Celebrity Summit a special ship, a little smaller then most but service and staff wonderful. A special thank you to Matt Hill for watching and noticing a price drop and getting us a great OBC deal. Avoya travel we love Matt and Brandon they are terrific!!
