Ive traveled on celebrity ship ovew 15 times and as usual the food was excellent and the ship was kept very clean. The service was mediocre except for the main dinning area which was great. They ran out of white wine and some bars were missing some premium whiskeys. It was difficult to get a drink in most barks so we had to go up to the bar and get served and then go back to our seats.

The entertainers were very talented but we did not at all enjoy the musical selections. Too much screeming instead of using their wonderful voices wisely and too much volume furhter conflating the probelm of understanding the words they we singing. Instrumentalist were great. First trumpet was unbelieveable...played in the heights all night. What a set of chops.

The crew were absolutely awesome, more crew than passengers, ship was at 41% capacity and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Was great to keep seeing the captain and his officers all around the ship.

This was my first cruise ever and was great experience. Everything was beyond my expectation. I hope I will do it again soon.

With only 1,100 passengers aboard the Celebrity Millennium, crowds were no problem. And the weather cleared up in Juneau just exactly as we arrived. Couldn't have been nicer. Cool days, cooler nights, and an attentive staff made the cruise wonderful.

We were on the Summit 3/7/20 My opinion is that Royal Carribbean is way above the Summit. The service the little things, they never made any towel animals in your cabin, never came around with coffee while at your table for breakfast and lunch. When San Juan would not let us dock so we could go home the Celebrity cruise employees at the service deck said "dont worry save all your receipts we will reimburse you for all your expenses. Then after we make all the changes flight hotel etc Celebrity puts out a memo. " we will only reimburse you for the flight change charge.

Celebrity Summit was a great ship, and the stops we made were all magnificent!!

Surprised that people were smoking on the pool deck Wanted to comment specific staff from cruise and the survey was removed from the web before I could fill it out- Is there a way to commend specific staff who were so incredibly attentive ?

We had a great time on the Celebrity Summit. Food was fantastic. Service was exceptional. Ship was clean and organized. Entertainment was very good. Would not hesitate to sail with Celebrity again.
