Beautiful trip, service excellent,great entertainment. Richard the bottler was really a great person trying always to please. These was our third trip wit Crystal and I recommend to my friends. We give you 5 stars. Martha, Anya and Lucyl were really good also.

Golden Circle Iceland land tours from there plus the cruise excursions would have been perfect. Norway was stunning.

Regular staterooms are getting a bit tired. For four of the eight days there was a significant pipe leak outside our stateroom door. Great to see increased diversity in the staff. Entertainment was excellent except for Avenue Saloon.

Fabulous service.

The refurbished Symphony seemed to offer every comfort and convenience. We booked a Seabreeze Penthouse with butler service and it was well worth the extra money. The educational lecturers, particularly William Miller, were exceptional. The spa is clean, with assorted services; the variety of dining options is amazing. Breakfast options in the Marketplace in particular were interesting and varied while some of the specialty rooms - Umi Uma, the Charascaria, Trident Grill - were fun and different. We had a wonderful time on the Crystal Symphony. The food was 5 star gourmet dinners. The ship is beautiful and our stateroom was very comfortable.
