Cruise was great, room was great. Just wished there were more/different food options, my fiance was stuck eating pizza and fries everyday so that was a small letdown.

The MSC cruise ship was beautiful and the staff were great. We loved our room, and the location was great. The downside for us was the size of the ship, which had over 4,000 passengers. Not reasonable for elevators, dinning rooms, and common areas like the pool where there were not sufficient seats.

I loved the destinations, but the food was not very good and the ship was very crowded. I probably would have chosen another ship but it worked with the timing.

MSC Poesia was by far the worst ship we were on in all our cruises..help was rude & non caring...they do not cater to AMERICAN'S they could care less...I would never go on another MSC cruise ship ever again..Food was never hot, no taste,& not the way you ordered it. Life boat tenders should never have been used in Bermuda with the seas so choppy, many people got hurt. I could go on longer but what for NEVER< NEVER again
