The cruise went well but Norwegian food is not as one would expect. I would do it again though.

Toilet smells, loud music from dance floor preventing timely sleep. Impressive food. Very very friendly staff.

after cruising for 30+ years and completing at least 20 cruises, our recent cruise on NCL newest ship Aqua was the worse experience we have ever had. From the complete disaster of embarkation to the hours it took to get back and forth to their private island, nothing was managed well. Pools are tiny, you cannot find outdoor lounges unless towels out by 6am, people actually take over couches in the outdoor dining areas to use for sunbathing. Lines for the roller coaster, miniature golf are hour long at least and only open for about 4 hours a ay - and never in evening hours when it’s cooler. Fir

The ship and crew were very good. The nightly entertainment was not good. Docking at Wards Cove and Whitter were not good ports. Additional time was required to get to Ketchikan from Wards Cove. Whitter our final destination had a one-way 2.5 mile tunnel to leave the port. It took 45 minutes to finally get through it.

Service and staff were very good. Food was very good. The drink package was well priced and good. Excursions were way too expensive. There was no satellite for several days so were limited to the ships movies. It was Awful, limited and repetitive. Casablanca (1940's) and Fly Me To The Moon were the only movies besides children's/Marvel movies offered. Some of the ship activities were uninteresting. We experienced a couple shows and decided not to see any more. Overall we ended the cruise jokingly saying we've been cured of cruising. Most like will not cruise again unless we win the lottery

NCL Sun was average Destination we’re more exotic than what we normally cruise to and also more primitive as we went to Lofu New Caledonia, Vanuatu, and Fiji.

Had a great time. Other cruisers on the ship were very kind. Only tough part was kids running and screaming down the hallway each night. Really surprised how many young kids under 10 without adult supervision. The embark and disembark went really well too

The cruise was exceptional, Patti Edgar took the plan I had and ran with it making it an unforgettable trip with excellent excursions and tons of pictures. everyone on NCL was so friendly and accommodating it made it very enjoyable and stress free. A middle class man lived like a king for 10 days.First time alone on a cruise and thought I would feel uncomfortable,but not at all.Sitting at the pub above the atrium listening to such fine music with my favorite drink and a good book and people watching before going for supper was the best time of the day.I was surprised that the main dining room was every bit as good as the specialty restaurants. Thanks,I will do it again someday.

Room small, shower could not regulate. Canapés stale bread, Had to wait on line for complimentary restaurants. Needed reservation for shows. Too much to list, the crew were great along with the food & drinks. Way to crowded for my liking.

T h e Norwegian Encore is a beautiful ship. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. The food was good but could used a little more variety. The activities were fun and exciting. I will definitely cruise with Norwegian again.

The food in the specialty dining restaurants was great. We really enjoyed them, but our everyday food in any of the other restaurants was not acceptable to me. There was no flavor in it. Most of it was overcooked, and the fresh vegetables were nonexistent.

We loved it! Bought On Board Credits & will book another adventure soon.

Was not one our best cruises. Will not go on the Epic again. To crowded to get into shows without waiting for an hour. Not enough wait staff on the pool deck (the lines were ten deep at times to get a beverage). There was no separation at the main pools (over run by young children with swim gear). Not enough room for the adults. On a good note the food was very in the restaurants. Embarkment and disembarkment went fine.

Had a terrific first time on a cruise ship. Food, entertainment, accommodations, excursions we all good along with good weather.

Ncl sky needs to be upgraded. Rooms are musky, outdated and furnishings are worn out. Embarkation in Manila was chaotic and disorganized. On the positive side, staff were all friendly and cheerful despite hectic schedule.

I totally loved this fruit!!! Nice variety of excursions, our suite was fabulous and our butler very accommodating! Air connections went smooo.

Although we generally enjoyed the cruse, the Haven two-bedroom suite was disappointing. It was more of one bedroom with a small college dorm type room with a futon. Not suitable for older adults not used to sleeping 8 inches off the floor.
