great food and service on NCL

The shows were excellent. There was a lot to do during the cruise. However, everyone talks about "how great the food will be." I was not impressed. They really need to expand there menu and they need a decent pastry chef.

I had traveled with Norwegian before and knew they were the cruise line I wanted to go with again.

This was one of the best vacations I have experienced and everything was GREAT, we had a wonderful time.

All went well with the exception of directions from the train in venice to the Ship. Two calls to Norweigen and one to Jody gave us no real information.

NCL gave us a fabulous cruise and we were very happy.

Can't qualify Ayova, as my relationship was with the booking agnet, not the travel firm. Norweign Cruise lines always delivers! The ship was on time at every port, on time with returns from shore to the ship, which we did not experiance on our last cruise. Very good tour guide and quality of excursions, although the prices still remain high. The entertainment on board was exceptional, food excellant and always the staff high quaity.

It was our very first time cruising and we loved it. We are hooked.

We like the freesyle cruising. We are on vacation and although we like to dress nicely we dont have to dress formal.

Norwegian Cruise Line - Pride of America was exceptional. The food was excellent and you had a variety of restaurants to choose from. The activities were fun, the entertainment enjoyable and above all staff were very attentive to your needs.

The cruise was great and most of the crew were very friendly and helpful. The food was the best on any Norwegian ships we have been on.

the crew was incredible. they tended to our every need. they were very friendly and receptive. the overall atmosphere and ports were breathtaking. we loved that there was something for each of us as far as activities and the dining options.

This is my 2nd time cruising with NCL. This 2nd cruise far surpassed my 1st, so I plan on making booking my 3rd with NCL as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ship was immaculate, food was great and excursions were fantastic!

NCL's ship was very nice, and their staff was very good also. I am dissapointed in the quality of the food whereas you have to pay an extra $20 per person for a better meal. In addition $46 for a soda package is rediculous on a 7 day cruise. I realize they all do it but I don't like it. I would rather cruise with a cruise company paying a little more and having everything all inclusive.

We prefer Princess and HAL

Norwegian Cruise Lines had an incredibly friendly staff--it was the best thing about the cruise. The food was also very good. However, I wish there had been some more interesting entertainment, and anything supplemental (such as drinks or pictures) was very expensive.
