Food was subpar, entertainment too loud, Customer service unfriendly, excursion office understaffed and not open at convenient hours for passenger's. Announcements in the state rooms was not loud enough. I will not be cruising on Norwegian again!

Half of the stops were cancelled, including Scotland, due to weather. Disappointing.

The cruise ship, its crew and all of the onboard entertainment were outstanding. Unfortunately, all Scotland ports and excursions were canceled due to weather conditions.

Save yourself the frustration and e xpense and accept that you will only be able to connect while in port. NCL " premium" internet service is costly and not very reliable. It promises usage on an unlimited number of devices, but only one device can be used at a time. Service was cut off without warning some 8 hours before reaching our final port, making it impossible to search for or even connect to previously saved transit options.

Weird - but glad to be cruising after 2 year absence. NCL did a great job on their end to try to keep us safe. Full vax for staff, crew and passengers. Testing before boarding. Testing at every port before we could go ashore. Masking when not actively eating, drinking, in state room, or able to social distance (i.e outside). Disappointing not to be able to go ashore as planned. Only 1 of original 6 ports were open to us. We needed to have a booked excursion to go ashore - and the timing (only mornings) was an issue for us. We stayed on the ship 9 of the 11 days of the cruise. Lots of time

We are disappointed with the quality of service and food. We were so looking forward to this cruise because we had not traveled with this line for many years and the convenience of sailing out of Tampa, Florida. The assistant maitre'd in the Aqua dining room was rude after we questioned seating our group of six at a table for four. Our group had people who were well over six feet tall whose legs and feet had no room without touching knees with others at the table. He also would not let us speak to a supervisor. The service in the bars and Garden care was poor at best. On some occasions
