Children's playground on ship not many children, times in port not long enough. Small tv in room, old entertainment choices, overpriced drinks.constant painting going on . There were a lot of old people with cars riding around, people were not friendly. Work out facility limited. Felt Combia too intimating with a lot of vendors in your face. Didn't want to leave the Jamaica compound far too many vendors again. Sink in cabin cracked sprayed water in my face. Toilet clogged, but maintenance was good and repairs were made. Will not book with Norwegian again,

Very interesting. The actual trip in the canal locks was so tight, you could touch the sides of the lock!!! The entire cruise was fun and the ship staff WONDERFUL

Had a wonderful time!

Port of Tampa was awful. Buffet food left a lot to be desired and it was the only option when in port. Entertainment was not bad. Inside cabin not bad; bigger shower than usual - YAY! There were no working safes in the cabins, which made it difficult to protect your valuables. Ship is showing its age. Cigar Bar needs much better ventilation and smoking area on deck ridiculous to get to.

A little bit not satisfied

The rooms were not the promised disability access rooms. We could not use the tub. The wheelchairs could not fit through the doors. They were in the way of the bathroom and the exterior door. We were also promised a place for dialysis to be done. As they had never heard of this there was no accomodation in place. He was forced to do it in the bedroom but as he is well over 6 feet tall, and the only place to do it was on the couch with the sliding door open and his feet sticking out the door. Can’t thank Avoya and our personal travel agent Dawn enough. Details were perfectly attended to. Birthday surprise of celebration ?? ?? cabin decorations were particularly thoughtful. Plan to travel with family in April and will be looking forward to Avoya helping with the details.

We took this cruise because the dates fit into our limited schedule perfectly. It was a great respite but left us wanting more. The food was great, the shows were great. We are seniors and the ship was filled with partying 20-something year olds but there was always something for everyone. When pool area got too lively, we had our own private balcony for the peace and quiet we were looking for. Bermuda was between storms . We could see the damage that had been done, but they were up and running for tourists. Beach was gorgeous although there were rip current warnings further out than mo

the staff was superior to other cruise lines, as was the food. Space seemed a little cramped in the staterooms and the port of Sydney left something to be desired.

We sailed from New York to Quebec City with many interesting spots along the way. This was our first time on Norwegian Cruise Line and we liked it very much. The accommodations were great. We had an unobstructed room on the fifth deck. The room was sunny and very comfortable with lots of storage space. At the pool there were many sun chairs available and we never had to fight for one. Also available were some couches and chairs in the shade for relaxing. We ate in the Venetian Dining room mostly for dinner. The service was ok - sometimes slow and sometimes they mixed up our food choices. Break

Production Singers and Dancers were outstanding.

Food and entertainment were top notch. Also, all of the staff were excellent at their jobs. If I have one criticism, it's that they are overworked.

Very friendly, efficient staff. Perks made for both an enjoyable and economical cruise. I recommend the Spa pass, we went every day. Fall colors in Sydney were indescribably beautiful. Loved learning about the history and culture of Halifax and Sagueney. Try to spend a couple of days in Quebec City at the end of the cruise, the old walled city, Cathedral, many sights worth seeing.

I enjoyed the specialty dining package and was glad to have it as the main dining room food was just okay. I thought the one night of stage entertainment was good, but overall I'd say the other entertainment was just mediocre. I think they should dump the casino and make the space a jazz club or movie theatre. Some of the restaurants were exposed to nightly trivia, etc. and it was very loud. We upgraded to a Family Suite which was very large and our butler was terrific. We didn't go on any of the ship's tours.
