NCL has fallen a bit behind in maintenance of the Gem, their staff in the main dinning room seemed like they were in training, the slide on the pool deck was closed the entire trip for 10 days, a front draw panel fell off the draw and i saw it on the carpet. The Garden Buffet looked like they had the same food each day but I will commend them by serving breakfast up till 11:45 on the rear of the 12 deck. I personally do not like the $13.50 a day gratuity they charge each person over 3 years old. If they use some of that money for the ship staff you do not see or staff tat cleans the ship they
