Our cruise was great! This was our second cruise with Norwegian and it was just as good as the first. There were a couple of glitches but overall the vacation was terrific.

Poor service in dining room- many, many trainees; didn't like free-style dining system which resulted in impersonal service; food was mediocre with skimpy portions; entertainment was sensational and best ever experienced in 7 cruise experiences

The company gave me a non-handicapp room when i asked for a handicapp room. When they tried to make a accomdation, it was poor, dirty looking - just plain nasty. The room steward some days did not clean the room and the theatre is not aacessible for the handicap. I would not chose this line again.

NCL was the best..the Gem crew & staff was the best,...polite.I made friends & long good conversations with the housekeeping,waiting,cooks,safety,cruise director/ assistants,staff .What a great group of people...P.S. when I retire soon I want to work for NCL cruise line.
