Loved the trip and cruise but thought their extra charges were very high

Food on this ship was sub-standard unless you paid extra. Too much nickel and diming. i.e. $20 per day for tender to get you to center of town in Venice. $15 for bus to Dubrovnik. Holland America provided buses to center of Dublin. Great itinerary and nice rooms if you just wanting transportation and food.

NCL has nicely priced itineraries to great destinations and we also really like their dining program. We've had good experiences with their multiple choices of restaurants onboard

We had a great cruise. Trisha Weinberg was an outstanding Agent for Avoya Travel. It was a pleasant susprise when she sent us some Cholocate Strawberries on our firs day on the cruise. Trisha was a pleasure doing business with and we has No susprises and everything went as she said it would. I will use her services again for future travel and highly recommend her.

The ship was old and musty causing me to have acute asthma. Others in clinic were having similar issues. I finished the cruise with almost $5,000 in medical charges!! The stateroom needs to be completly refurbished. The itinerary was amazing, but I was not able to really enjoy the ports because I was so ill. Cruise service finally moved us to another room with two days left onboard. I immediately started improving. I will always check age of vessel before booking in the future.

clean and exellent service good entertainment and food.

A cruise is a lot of what you make it yourself. The destinations were great but NCL had very poor communication and very dis-organized. This is the third time I've been on The spirit. For holiday cruise there was lots of downtime and not many activities. We met some wonderful people and will continue the relationships. And did have a wonderful time

The service was less than expected

very, very, very old ship. They have problems with the toilets on all the ship since 3 years and seem not able to repair them. And the animation gets worse and worse. 80% of the food is the same every day. The rest is ok.

The staff aboard the ship were all nice and helpful. The ports were all interesting and beautiful in their own way. A must for anyone wanting to explore the rich heritage of Spain and the Canary Islands.

Two cruises same cabin. Saw new places practically every day then good food and entertainment every night.

Overall trip was very good including ship services, meals, and shore excursions.

this cruise afforded us the opportunity to see so many countries that would have otherwise been much more expensive and time consuming. the itinerary is what sold us on this trip and Norwegian gave us an excellent service.

Wonderful ports, crew and staff. We're ready to go again.
