Seeing all the Hawaiian Islands this way was great. A little taste of each one. The last day seeing the Nipali coast was breathtaking. The cruise was only 40% occupancy which meant all the restaurants and bars were not open. That was disappointing although understandable. I wish we had known that beforehand.

Pre-cruise land tour was excellent. However, due to COVID, the ship was not fully staffed. Available staff tried very hard but many restaurants and bars were not open and the ones that were open ran the staff ragged.

Our travel agent Amy did a fantastic job of booking everything for us, even with a minor hiccup on flights she was able to resolve it quickly! The cruise was great first time with Norwegian Cruise Line and they didn't disappoint. Food was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Liked seeing that they were already taking higher safetly precautions with the outbreak of Coronvirus. Hawaii was everything and more that we expected. Cruising the islands is the best way to see the BEST of Hawaii!

Our family enjoyed the cruise. We were able to see relatives and friends on various islands. It was both business and pleasure vacation for all of us.

Although the ship itself could benefit from an updating and sprucing up, the itinerary was great and the excursions delightful. Lots of dining options.

I would have to say this was a vacation of a life time. Hawaii was Magnificent!The Pride of American was wonderful! The ship was very clean, food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, My Balcony room was perfect! I could not ask for more.

Pride of America was a great way to see the Hawaiian Islands. Ship staff were all courteous and helpful. No issues, we had a great time!

Enjoyed our cruise. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed time on the ship and on excursions. I didn't think the food at the buffet was as good as other ships I have been on.

bout the cruise was that all 6 of us traveling together thought that the buffet was so much better on our last Norwegian cruise ship the Pearl. And we were not happy with our plane travel arrangements that Norwegian set us up with. Our agent had us in the exact rooms that we wanted and then for some reason Norwegian changed them when we got our final confirmation papers...the 6 of us were not happy about this either.

We loved the cruise. It started with a little confusion with the pick up at the airport snd NCL getting transportation to the ship but once we arrived at the ship things were great. Room 10138 was great, view was awesome. Food in the ship was amazing. Asian bbq ribs (appetizer) in Skyline should be made an entree! Carnegy’s food and service excellent! Teppanyaki had great food and a great show by our chef. We had all our dinner restaurants pre booked but ended up loving Skyline so much we bypassed our bookings at Liberty and just did walk-ins at Skyline where the dining dress was casual but th

The best thing about this cruise was the excursions in each port. They were excellent and the people that ran them were very friendly and informative. These excursions made the cruise worthwhile

The main dining room food could have been better and the drinks were way over priced! We always get the beverage pkg, dining pkg too and whether Hawaii does not allow this? We will not take another cruise with no drink pkg...did our drinking off ship and it’s up to me to decide if I tip
