NCL is well organized and very efficient. The ships are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone does an outstanding job. It is a good value - I believe I get a lot for my vacation dollars.

NCL is great

everything was as we thought it should be.

Norwegian Cruise Lines is not as good as Princess.The service just wasn't as good. Even though Norwegian Cruise Lines kept saying it was all about the passengers and what they wanted, it did not always feel that way. The service in the Aloha Cafe was horrible! We had to get our drinks, and when we went to get our drinks, and if we put our food down on a table, the servers would take our food away. The servers were not there to serve. All they wanted to do was pick up our dishes even if we were still eating from them. Very annoying!

Cruiseline was better than imagined and food was great.

NCL: Friendly and professional Services, efficient handling and a great way to go round most of the Islands in the shortest time. My children miss the Splash Academy alot! Avoya: Very helpful, great recommendations, willing to go extra mile to meet our requirement.

I think the cruise line is probably good. I did not like this particular ship.

Cruise line was fantastic. Very friendly individuals and helpful with any request. Accommodations were good, evening entertainment was very good and the entire staff on the Pride of America couldn't have been better. If there was a problem it would have been the week went to fast. Enjoyed each and every excursion especially helicopter ride. Would recommend this cruiseline to anyone.

We enjoyed many things about NCL cruise. freestyle dining, food was very good, piano bars and dance bars. Was disappointed shrimp cocktail was not available in the regular dining room. And our last night at the restaurant we seemed an imposition as the wait staff didn't seem to have time to stop and see if we needed anything. During the other dinners, the wait staff were available and more responsive.

I prefer Norwegian "Freestyle" over and above the other cruise lines

I was a little disappointed in NCL. Food was just ok and the ship is a little worn.

so happy with all the communication and promptness even though we were miles apart,all paperwork was prepared and explained so well. Made our cruise very smooth sailing.

Great itinerary, but service, food not quite as good as other cruises we've been on.

We had an auto accident while in Maui on day 2 of cruise. Ship staff given official notice of our injuries and need to depart ship at 0200 (after being in local ED). We left ship at 4:00 PM - no one from ship staff had any contact with us in the interim. Even a quick phone check-in would have been appreciated. It seemed very much bisiness as usual for NCL cruise ship staff.

Exceptionally positive experience

I THINK THESE CRUISE SHIPS ARE CUTTING BAC ON THEIR FOOD SELECTIONS SINCE THEY HAVE THESE SPECIAL RESTAURANTS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR.

Very organized. All we really had to do was show up on time and enjoy. The staff was great. The restaurants were terrific. The excursions were awesome and the entertainment was top notch!

It was an NCL Hawaii cruise and we have sailed with them before. I have recommended them to many of my friends.
