From the moment we first stepped aboard the Insignia to the moment we debarked the service of all crew members was impeccable. Meals were excellent at all venues although I was expecting a nicer variety at the two specialty restaurants. The nightly shows were excellent while the daytime was too relaxing (boring), really nothing was going on. While the ship itself was very clean, it does need an update. Our cabin was a rear facing balcony with magnificent views but inside was very tight, but surprisingly drawer space for clothing was very adequate. The bathroom the smallest I have ever seem on

Ship was nice, destinations mostly good but a couple of the ports had little to offer. Excursions were good but shuttle service on the ports was woefully inadequate. Too few shuttles, too far apart. Food was ok. Not nearly as good as I was expecting.

Had the best time on the trip, room service was excellent, staff was very nice. Food was good. The day to day activities on the ship weren't much of a younger crowds desires so other than eating and playing bingo we mostly watched movies or sat out on the veranda to watch the view. My only issue was the laundry room, 4 washers and dryers and everyone was being used all the time so it was hard to get in being opened from 7 to 10. It should be open 24/7 or have more washers and dryers otherwise you have to wait up to 3 days for service to do it and bring it back.

The ship was indeed very beautiful, and the staff very helpful. My husband and I are both mobility challenged, and everywhere we went there was someone trying to help, from carrying our food choices in Terrace Cafe, to having wheelchairs at the bottom of the ramp to the pier. It was very hot and a very long walk from the pier to the excursion buses. We could not have done it without the help. And the staff with wheelchairs was waiting where the buses dropped us off to take us back to the ship. One criticism I have, which is probably not something the ship has control over, was that when

We worked with Mary Arathoon as our TA. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and always answered our questions. Oceania cruise was great. I like the size of the ship and this is the largest that we would future cruise with. We found the crew extremely helpful and friendly. Cabin stewards always greeted us by name and provided everything we asked for (ice buck was always full). Food was wonderful and fresh. We enjoyed the main dining room and the specialty restaurants. We chose ship excursions, and they met our needs. All in all it was a great first Oceania cruise.

We booked this cruise 3 months in advance for our honeymoon cruise, and were preregistered into Oceania program. We sent all the passport information to them. We fly to Seattle and get to where we are to be shuttled to the ship. They ask for our passports and when I hand them my Wife's Kenyan passport they get on the phone. We are sent to see management and are told that my wife needs a Canadian Visa, to board. In the 3 months no one has told us of this requirement. Now we are told that I can board but my wife can't.Oceania should have made us aware of this requirement, during the preregistrat

Ship was nice, crew was very friendly and approachable. Food for the most part was fairly good…with some exceptions at the buffet. Room with a view was amazing as well as the ports we visited. The ship excursions were run well and had great guides with knowledge of history.

The quality of service on the Riviera, comfort and presentation was as in my previous experiences. I was surprised by the waste and lack of environmental concerns. It is totally unnecessary to chill the State Rooms to the point that one needs a sweater. It is summer time and it is high time for the precious guests to adapt to the very harsh reality of drastic climate change. The rooms should be set to 23-25 C and let the guests change it to their taste. It is OK to educate the ignorant about the great need to control our appetite for excesses. This is,our 7th cruise with Oceania. I did not give it a 5 star rating this time because I felt that the quality of the food in the Grand Dining Room has gone down and the menu did not change. The chicken did not taste like chicken, the salmon was over cooked. Also my husband caught Covid on the ship and we had to be confined to our room for 5 days because we went to see the medical staff. I feel like Covid needs to be tested on everyone who cruises before departure so no catches it during the cruise and lose days seeing the ports we paid to see.

Great and fun

I have been on several cruises both river and sea. The ship, Marina, is a beautiful ship in the public spaces. It was missing a few amenities. They do not have a laundry service. What they offered I had to redo. The entertainment was OK, not spectacular. And the shows didn’t start until 9:15 pm. Their clients were of senior age and they go to bed early. If dinner was served at 6 then the show could start at 7:30. A much better time for seniors. The food was very good. Specialty restaurants were very beautiful in atmosphere short on special foods.
