Enjoyed our trip. Everyone on your staff was great. We didn't think your food would be considered the best on the seas. Tours were good, Disappointed that we were unable to see the Hubbard Glacier due to foggy weather.

This was a bucket list trip, did not disappoint.

Oceania staff, meals, and on board entertainment were wonderful as always. Highly recommended the two on-board wine tastings. Disembarking was a problem in the various ports. Very unorganized. Once we wove around one floor of the ship near registration at least four times never coming to the spot to exit the ship. No staff were assisting with maintaining order. Excursions were delayed. There were children on the ship who were perfect travel partners. They were uniformly well mannered and polite.

Oceania was a class act in every way. Amazing food, Toscana restaurant outstanding. Best massage I have had since leaving Aisa. Wonderful charming Balinese waiters. Delight Italian captain, annoying cruise director. Also found the head of reception rather rude. Too stewards amazing so kind and helpful. A fabulous vacation!

Cruise was delightful but getting a response from our agent with regard to the many questions that arise was frustratingly slow.

The Excellent: 1. The food met Oceania's high standards except for one disastrous visit to the Polo Grill. I ordered Roast Beef Medium/Rare and got a piece that was uncooked! The server was extremely embarrassed. The meat truly was raw, and he graciously apologized. 2. The re-furbishing (a couple years ago) of the Regatta is excellent, and the refreshed public spaces and our stateroom were beautiful. Our family had an amazing time on our 11 day Alaska cruise and we REALLY appreciated not being on a huge ship! Being on a smaller ship helped avoid feeling crowded and allowed us to get to know some of our fellow shipmates and crew members. The Oceania crew provided exceptional service and plenty of good food. Our Travel Agent, Lourdes Gray also provided exceptional service with timely reminders, notifications and helped navigate us through the many required forms, etc. THANKS Lourdes!

Beautiful scenery. Negatives were the pre cruise trip to Denali. It was not organized and the 18 of us were basically dumped at the Anchorage airport to fend for ourselves. Difficult since it was a group reservation that none of us made. We were able to muddle through but the elderly people in the group would have really struggled. The tour guide should have gone in to the airport and made sure that we were able to check in without any problems. Great time

Did too many whale watching trips, saw humpbacks and grey whales, but have to stay a 100 yards away, saw none jump out of water. So temper your expectations. Saw no Orcas except for a couple of dorsal fins, they were all still north. Do the helicopter to the glacier and dogsledding, it was our highlight. Disappointed in the food at Polo, steaks has no flavor and service wasn't up to Oceania standards.

Staff, entertainment great BUT: Flight schedule had 6 to12 hour layovers. Itinerary bad: did not see Papeete or main island at all. None of the stops had a place to buy memorabilia of the Islands (post cards etc) Not notified there was COVID on board so discretionary measures could be taken. Waited six hours to be boarded; could have toured the island or went shopping instead of being dropped at a hotel convention center. Given no guidance as to where to pick up a tour after bus drop off. Information desk staff told us to take the WALMART shuttle when asked how to get to the SOUVENIR SHOPPING

We were a bit disappointed with the selection of food in the dining room. The buffet was better with a beautiful presentation. The entire crew we’re extremely friendly especially our dining Stewart Gugi And his assistant. Our room stewards panda and Alan were exceptional, And Jami in the Terrace café was great with a wonderful attitude and so very helpful along with all of the waiters in the terrace were wonderful! Our dinner at the Pollo Grill was exceptional,however,our dinner at Toscana was less desirable and the wait staff We’re less than friendly!!!

The food on the ship was not up to par and the Polo Grill the steaks were pretty bad they were not American prime. I sent my steak back 3 times and still tough. Wake up and use some good quality meat.

Oceania's service, meals, programs, etc. were all wonderful. BUT we failed to make 6 island visits that were scheduled, and we had other changes. This disappointed us.

I was really annoyed with the billing of our account. You CANNOT add $100 in anticipation of future expenses. Postings were made to our credit card before the end of the cruise. Items were on our account, i.e.. credits, that didn't make sense and weren't adequately explained. Some excursions we booked through Oceania were less than satisfactory and in my opinion were not worth the money. We are likely finished cruising with Oceania. 1 more thing; an 18% gratuity on everything, really!!
