Princess has cut back on it's overall service. They seem to have lost their prospective, that they are nothing more than a service provider. Examples: No wine stewards. If they still have head waiters, we never had any stop by our table. Certain wait staff were surly and did not display a willingness to perform top notch service. Pool chairs were not policed. I notice towels and books on chairs as I went to breakfast. Some stayed unoccupied for most of the day.
