If in regards to my cruise company being Princess Cruise, we had a great time as we always do on cruises, but I was disappointed with the effort the cruise line made in being the best cruise possible.

We felt the Golden Princess was not as nice a ship as others. The service on board was excellent but the food, entertainment, shore excursions were not very good. We especially were displeased with the lack of information about 'upcoming ports of call'...it was very limited and was only available the night before we arrived into the port.

I have traveled with
Princess several times and have had good experience with them. This however was the worst cruise i have been on. There were originally three exciting ports of call. All three were cancelled. The last was Petra which was cancelled due to poor communications within Princess. They substitued an extra half day in Dubai for Petra and two ports in Egypt. Not even a partial replacement. I blame the captain who offered no response to numerous request from the passengers.
