The cruise and crew were excellent. However, there were four of us in two cabins, and were promised an on board credit of $25 per person. We did not receive this. We contacted Maud Hoyer at Avoya and she informed us that we were given the credit given by Avoya, but Princess did not give us the credit. We talked with the payment center on the ship, and they did not show any credit. However, I know that Princess was giving the ship credit at the time of our purchase. Does not appear to be Avoyas fault but Princess. Hopefully, we will get some resolution.
