We really like Princess cruises.

Island Princess was in need of a refurbishing.....we had a great time but the ship was very used.

This was the most beautiful ship & best food I've ever had on a cruise ship..the Crown Princess was wonderful..We danced til 2am almost every morning!..The shows & entertainment were wonderful..Loved the deli & coffee shop in the Atrium..

The entire experience is very pleasant.

We travelled on the Golden Princess for their Holiday cruise. It was a beautiful ship and was truly decorated in the spirit of the season. Lots of activities and entertainment. And enjoyed the incredible suite with its wonderful bathroom and huge balcony with the two chaises and table & chairs was definitely more than hoped for. Cudos to Princess.

Princess Cruises consistently does a high quality job. We think their personnel is among the cruise industry's finest.

We received better service on other Princess ships. This one wasn't kept up as well as the Crown or the Grand. We had a problem sleeping the first few nights due to some lound banging on pipes. They only resolved it on the fourth night out...None of this interferred with our good times otherwise.

sure can notice the reduced service on cruises as they get longer.

Food and entertinment wasn't as good this time compared to 5 yrs ago but was satisfactory

The entertainment and our formal dining experiences at Princess is wonderful. The staff and crews at the ship always have smile on their face; very accommodating and helpful.

I ALWAYS RATE PRINCESS WITH AN 8 AND HOLLAND AMERICA WITH A 10. HOLLAND AMERICA IS A STEP UP AND OFFERS A FEW MORE SERVICES IN THE SPA AREA THAT WE ENJOY, AND A BETTER ENTERTAINMENT AGENDA. PRINCESS AND IT'S CREW DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THIS CRUISE AND WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH.

The Crown Princess was very disapointing, we are use to a better quality of service and food. The tours that we took were very nice. I would give them an "8".

We traveled with Princess and overall they were pretty good. We were disappointed in the ships' musical entertainment and speakers.

Excellent food and entertainment. Internet was very intermitent and not up to standard. Internet cost was too expensive for the quality of service provided. Gratuities by all cruise lines are inappropriate. Everything purchased aboard had a 15% gratuity included yet passengers were expected to also pay $12 per day/per passenger. Individual tips given to cabin stewards and meal attendants required mandatory deposit to the ships gratuity pool or face dismissal. All gratuities collected centrally by the ship were divided by level of rank, supervisors and executives are provided a higher percentag
