I travel to escape the predictable with purpose. My level of preparation depend on my escape needs. I have traveled with the purpose of doing absolutely nothing and its always amazing. Jamaica, Bahamas, Mexico, and Dominican Republic are all great places for an all inclusive do nothing escape. Sometimes I escape to explore. Exploration types can vary; history, architecture, food, and music to name a few. I completed the New 7 World Wonders in 2019! Some of these escapes included travel buddies, groups, or solo travel. Great Wall of China (China), Christ the Redeemer Statue (Rio de Janeiro), Machu Picchu (Peru), Chichen Itza (Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico), The Roman Colosseum (Rome), Taj Mahal (Agra, India), Petra (Jordan); these locations provide several opportunities to immerse in life changing cultural experiences. I recently escaped to West Africa visiting Ghana & Nigeria for the first time. These countries were surprisingly beautiful, growing, and well-developed.I plan to focus on the states this year seeing, feeling, and breathing what America has to offer.
