My love of travel began as a child when traveling through different US states and Canada with my grandparents in their RV. As a teenager, I spent a year living in France through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program (RYE), where I became fluent in French and a culinary enthusiast. It was an incredible experience that made me want to continue to explore new places and share that experience with others. I went to school to obtain my AAS degree in massage therapy and then worked as an LMT in a spa at a Marriott property. I continued my studies to earn my BA in international business, where I spent a semester as an intern in the picturesque Loire Valley of France. Since then, I have become a Rotarian to help run the RYE program in my district and facilitate exchanges for high school students worldwide. As I learned about the different countries, my desire to discover new places and foods grew. I have visited several countries over four continents and chaperoned tours throughout Europe, the USA, and South America! My passion for travel and food led me to pursue a career in leisure travel. I enjoy the excitement of booking unforgettable experiences for others. Let me share my travel wisdom with you by booking with Sage Travel.
Travel Adventures
France feels like my second home, but I quickly fall in love with every new destination I visit. In addition to France, I recently rediscovered Italy and Mexico post-pandemic. Nantucket is a happy place for me to return to every fall. I am a Disney World annual pass holder who will find any excuse to visit the most magical place on earth and eat our way around the world in EPCOT! The more I travel, the more my hunger for adventure grows! I have spent a week living on a boat on the Amazon River and ridden in a helicopter through the Panama Canal. I have worked alongside a Michelin Star chef in NY and rode a camel in Morocco. I've skied the Matterhorn and swam in the Mediterranean. I have drunk wine in Napa vineyards and kicked up dust in a UTV through Aruba. I get excited about going to the airport and cannot wait to see what snacks, meals, and drinks will be served in the lounges or on board the plane. Where I am going to eat sometimes dictates the destination where I will go! The sound of getting my passport stamped is like music to my ears. As I saw recently painted on the wall of the JFK airport, "I haven't been everywhere, but it's on the list"!
