Our first cruise ever so bring with friends that cruise regularly made if so comfortable. Loved everything about the ship and all the amenities. Will look to do more cruises in the future!!!

Disappointed that didn’t see no bears or moose no whales even went to the enchanting gardens didn’t see the first Butterfly . But everything about the ship service was great

The cruise to Alaska was awesome and the scenery beyong spectacular. The ship was spotlessly clean and the food was tasty and plentiful. The staff were beyong amazing throughout the ship. Service with a smile every day and so willing to assist in every way. To see whales breaching was a beautiful sight. I lived a dream and it certainly met all my expectations. My only comment would be that the Solstice is a little tired and needs upgrading.

Great trip. Good food and wonderful service, entertainment so-so. We had a lot of fun.

This was a Pacific coast and Mexico cruise. Loved the crew, very happy and attentive.

I used Avoya Travel to help me book my cruise to Mexico April/2023. Travis was most helpful and was forthcoming with great advice. He was also super helpful with regards to all aspects of the whole process. At age 80 and a single traveler for the 1st time in over 20 years, I needed a bit more help than many. My trip was lovely - and a good portion of its success was due to my travel plans made for me by Avoya.

I had often thought of driving down the West Coast, from San Francisco to San Diego. The cost always brought me up short. Airfare, rental car, gas, hotels, meals...it adds up quickly. So, when I discovered a cruise, I jumped at the chance. Now that I've been home for a week, I can look back on the cruise and review it fairly. The embarkation process was confusing; however, it went quickly. Our room was ready. We then went out to explore the ship. We have cruised on other lines, Carnival and Norwegian. Our first cruise, won’t be our last!

This cruise gave us all we needed in Aqua Class. Blue Restaurant was amazing as the staff was so attentive and handle special orders with easy. The cabin attendant was first class and paid attention to detail. I will be doing another cruise soon.

From start to finish . . with the app completed before embarking the check in was smooth and quick. The ship is beautiful and very clean. The crew is friendly, professional, fun . . the service is amazing. The dining is special, so nice with many varied choices every day. So many things to do, lots of fun, the shows were grand, so much energy and talent. It was a lovely cruise.

Enjoyed food and AquaClass upgrade (Blu especially) but many upsell attempts onboard were a distraction. Entertainment good. Chilly weather (not their fault) but not a fantastic itinerary, would never repeat and too many Sea days.

Decided to cruise a week prior. Was a great trip. The entire staff was kind, helpful and thorough.
