Cabo San Lucas was the best port!

Horrible service throughout the ship. With an exception of Cagneys rest. And the Italian rest. Only one show worth mentioning.. jersey boys was great. Missed being able to take the tender to Cabo .. because we were not aware we needed a reservation to disembark. Also needed a reservation just to eat in the main dining room.. horrible! We will not use Norwegian again.

I was surprised to see how small the balcony cabins were. Barely enough space to get in/out of the bed. Closet flush against the sofa. Just too tight for two adults.

Problems galore starting with not being picked up at airport when transfers had been prepaid. Offered refund was not fully what was paid. Food and service very poor. No table service in any lounge forcing us to queue up at bars with no system for serving in order. Dining package hard to leverage due to demand. When we could get seats, made to feel 2nd class when told what we could NOT order on offered menus. Reservation system made seeing shows impossible. A la carte pricing on menus very high. Prefer fixed prices. Overall, would rather pay more up front and not feel nickel and dimed.

Need Chinese broadcast and service

Aside from a couple minor first time cruiser things we weren't aware of, this cruise had everything we wanted. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially with my son. Complimentary dining was as good or better as the specialty restaurants. The locations were a blast to visit. I only wish we had more time in ports and that the cruise wasn't already over.

Thank for the friendly staff. Everyone help us out so much. Did have any issues except for the weather. Which is not any of the ships fault. We did get to see Ketchican but maybe some other day. Thank you for the time and memories.

I'll start by saying, we had little to no wait everywhere we went. We were treated almost every night in the main dining room with a window seat. Every nook and cranny of this ship was special. We booked the spa for the week and sat and watched glaciers and whales from our lounger. The food was amazing at the local and the main dining room, buffet is what you would think it would be. Entertainment was hit and miss, the show Sixx was a waste of good talent, however The Jersey Boys was a standing ovation! On board it was odd to see only a handful of people dressed up. Very low key. New ship is beautiful. Food in buffet not many options and not as good as on other NC L ship. Did not like Texas Q speciality Restaurant at all. Cagney’s Never disappoints great service and meal! Entertainment was excellent!!! We could not dock in Ketchikan due to weather and night time stop in Victoria is too short to do much of anything. Excursions out of Juneau and Skagway were really nice except there is not enough time after to spend looking around the port town.

Loved the Bliss, loved Alaska....it was the vacation of a lifetime!

We had never cruised Norwegian and wasn’t aware that you had to prebook so many things. We only got to play the go karts once, availability at restaurants and shows was awful. Buffet food was good. Complimentary dining rooms food tasted like the same as the buffet. Ship was gorgeous. My room was great.

Our cruise to Alaska was as amazing as we hoped it would be. Everything about it was exceptional. Norwegian Cruise Lines was as usual did not disappoint. The Bliss is an amazing ship with lots to do for everyone. It was so perfectly designed for Alaska as there were so many areas to view the absolute beauty of Alaska. Avoya as always got us great cabin locations which was great especially on a ship this large. Can not wait to book our next adventure!
