Too crowded

I really like the ship a lot. It’s beautiful and spacious the rooms are very spacious. My only concern was that a lot of the events were booked. Concerning The shopping On the ship, I would have like a better shopping experience in terms of the variety. The food including the buffet was amazing. I played the poker tournament and won a free. Cruise to play agin so I be calling Avoya again.

Everything about this cruise was wonderful

The ship Bliss was very large, great food choices, room sizes was great and services was perfect. Love Alaska!

Great big ship with plenty food. Alaska was beautiful and tours were very informative. Also enjoyed Victoria. Beautiful countryside.

Our room stewards were not very friendly the casino around the game room and that was ridiculous we spent half our time arguing with them on how to sign up for the package for our young grandson so he wouldn't be running up a bill and they still ended up charging us no matter what we did the front desk service was very rude very very rude

we were not aware that we would have an extra charge every day for tips. It would have been nice to know that we needed to buy a case of water due to the fact that a bottle of water cost $3.54. We were told by other people on the Cruise they got the same room they paid a lot less than us. Though it is advertised that most of the shows on the cruise are free they charge for tips. We were charged $14 a day it did not matter if you ate there or not.

Cruiseliner was amazing,professional staff,ship was stunning & even though activities onboard was fully booked,staff still accomodated you Very relaxed dining times & many choices to choose from,variety of food choices

The ship was so overcrowded, even if ypu purchased specialty dining, you could not make reservations. Same went with racing and laser tag. Unsatisfied guests filled the Guest Services with similar complaints each day. The elevators were so packed with people each time, you felt like sardines in a can. Based on the cost of being on this cruise, the experience did not meet the hype. The ship was indeed beautiful, but was definitely overcrowded. I would rate the cruise a 4 but not the accommodations, communications, entertainment, dining areas which I would rate a 3. The accommodations for a ship the size of the Bliss should have more room especially for a family of 4, two who were 14 year old teenagers. Communications when there was an announcement were poor. It was okay if you were outside the stateroom but if you were in the stateroom, you could not hear the announcement. There should be a way to get the announcement in the stateroom. Alaska was the highlight of this trip earning 4 stars! However the ship wasn't my favorite.

The new ship Norwegian Bliss does not have enough elevators to accommodate the 4000+ passengers. This is especially true for wheelchairs and walkers and would suggest a dedicated elevator for these folks who waited many times as the elevator stopped, then went on because there was not enough room to get on. The staff is fantastic with smiles everywhere and very helpful.You are treated to a beautiful and modern style ship w great amenities for children of all ages. The only compliant we had was the slowness of the elevators. More bays or faster service would have been great. This seemed to be the biggest compliant of everyone who rode the elevators with us.

we were very disappointed in not having lobster at any of the dining rooms and also we were disappointed in the two pools that were 7Ft being only 5ftto 6ft we could not enjoy them because it was too crowded to swim and we had to hang on to the side of the pool while we were in the water other than that the ship was beautiful the service was awesome and the entire cruise was especially wonderful
