Great service

Service on the cruise line was mediocre food was ok we had to use the specialty restaurant all the time to get service

We love Princess Line

We were very dissapointed with The Ruby Princess. Having sailed many times with Princess, I thought I knew what to expect but, nothing was up to the service Princess use to provide. I will not cruise on Princess again. Thank you, Linda Mason

I really like Princess cruise lines, but my favorite is Oceania.

The ship was nice but there was to many things on the ship that were etra charges for their usage.

I did not like the Princess Ruby cruise because the people on the boat were rude and not friendly. I am not just talking about the workers but also the other people who were on the cruise. You would think that once the cruise line knew this was our first cruise, that they would make an effort to make us feel right at home. It was just the opposite. I have told all my friends and customers the treatment we received. The cruise line were more interested in selling diamonds then taking care of the customers.

Ruby Princess was fabulous. I enjoyed my cruise immensely. The staff was very polite and courteous. The tours arranged were interesting. The food was delicious. The room was kept clean.

We were 16 of us and our group was one of the two bown skinned people on board. The courtesy and services were comparatively poor than that for white skinned people. Our requests were not fulfilled by the servers many time. Even when we called them they ignored us. We could see this among Caucasian white servers. Cruise photography was horrible. Very unprofessional photographers.

Food and entertinment wasn't as good this time compared to 5 yrs ago but was satisfactory
