Ship in need of maintenance, showing some wear & tear and age. Bartenders overworked. Not enough room in Solarium hot tub which only held 5 people max. Will go for newer ships next time.

Only complaint was the lack of a decent bourbon. Best available was buffalo trace and that was very hard to find. Specialty dining at Chops was delicious but Giovanni’s was at best mediocre and the service was the worst we had. We could have saved that money and went to main dining which was great throughout

There were some issues. The entertainment was not good and the food was not as good

3.5 to 4.0 rating. Dining rooms were always excellent and buffets were managed and stocked with wonderful food. The crew was committed to hygiene and no one got into the buffet without sanitizing. Loved that. Our particular stateroom was too small for anyone weighing over 200. That's my weight and she shower was miniscule and the path by the bed was too narrow for me. We had a balcony room which was always clean and our steward was great. Probably the biggest takeaway for me was that the rear end of the ship always had a mild sewer odor on the decks and occasionally inside. That was a

RC communication was poor at best. On the itinerary it says Venice in big letters. In small letters it says Ravenna. Ravenna is 2 1/2 hours south of Venice. This was never communicated to us and we met many people on the ship that said the same thing. They also poorly communicated the disembarkation process. We could have got of the ship earlier. The dining room was assigned to us at 6pm. We were never informed of this. Great thanks to one of the head waiters who accommodated us at 7pm. I wrote to RC with my concerns and have not heard back. Awesome ports and destinations. Great customer service on board the ship and great dining options with the dining package!

Great crew but the ship is tired and worn. Windows being replaced in every port, all should have been replaced while ship was in dry dock. The ship is short on staff in just about all positions especially wait staff in lounges and dining. Guest services staff were working 12& 14 hour shifts.

Everything moved smoothly, no hiccups. The ship could not be cleaner. Casino was disappointing, no slot tournament's because the machines would not cooperate.

We love Royal. They kept the ship extremely sanitized during this time and we felt welcome. But this was the first time on a smaller ship and we decided we like the bigger ships better.

Have been on this ship at this time for 6 years in a row. Next March will be 7

Food was great as we had the dining package and made the most of it. Izumi is amazing once you can find out to get to the restaurant, and we really enjoyed the "Taste of Royal" for an extra fee but it was well worth it as it includes a tour of the kitchen and private service by the Chef and Sommelier. Entertainment was limited, and since it was raining on the only port stop, we just hit the Hard Rock on Cozumel and headed back to the ship. Overall, nice cruise, clean fun ship nicely decorated for the holidays. and some wonderful food experiences.

loved snorkeling in Key West. Loved the new excursion in Cozumel. beds on board could be softer. on board activities were better spaced so the fun activities weren't overlapping on the schedule. Don't want to insult anyone with my food sensitivity, had problems getting my issue addressed.

Balcony cabin was a waste of money, inside would have been just fine...
