“Navigator of the Seas is the BEST!”
5 Stars
Cruise Date: 04/28/2023
Destination: Mexico
We had wonderful service, from the MDR, Hooked, Izumi, Windjammer, and to our fun room Attendant, Darna. The food was terrific everywhere. Lots of fun things to do on board. Never a dull moment. Adventure Ocean was great for the kids, ages 2,5,7. Went in Jan and again in April 2023, it was so good.

The location of the room was nice as it was on the dinning side and everyone who worked on the ship were nice and friendly. To me this important as we trying to find time for ourselves in this busy world and connection with great people is a booster. The shows and food were great! Although the weather was a bit challenging the ship continued to be joyful and provide hospitality. Would take another cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

The service by everyone on the ship was wonderful. However, I think it was a poor choice by me for a 70th birthday cruise, after taking so many previous cruises my friend and I where disappointed that it turned out to be almost all families with small children.

Our cruise fully met our expectations. While the food was plentiful and good, it wasn't great. The best part of the cruise is the staff. My wife and I met some remarkable staff members onboard and ended up giving them hugs and extra tips for their wonderful service.

Mazatlan stop never happened. Totally understand the situations but should have been compensated as we paid for 3 ports stop. We would like a balcony upgrade for compensation on the next cruise or we will deal with another cruise company Excursion on puerto Vallarta was misleading the description was not at all what we ended up with. As the results we were both and everybody on the boat was sea sick. We stayed at the boat the whole excursion not able to touch land at all. The food in the windjammer buffet was sub par. The breakfast was the same everyday and the pastries didn’t taste fresh.

The room service from Ikomang in housekeeping was excellent, Dinning service by Marc was terrific. The wiwfi was terrible for the amount of money i paid, the little houses or huts for relaxing were being reserved by longer than 2 hours at times and according to your policy there is no reserving but you don't have anybody monitoring it so they were being reserved not allowing us to use. Our Mazatlan trip was cancelled due to an incident and didn't get any credit for it.

It was a great trip. The staff and ship were excellent and I would go again. The only issue I had was the food. The food quality was not as expected. I was able to find something that I enjoyed, but I was disappointed overall with the food.

“Warmth and Fun in Winter”

Loved the warm weather. All 3 stops were great destinations. Late arrivals and tenders limited amount of time in ports. Air vents in the cabin were filthy an contributed to terrible smell in the cabin. We loved the boat itself, the food and entertainment .

Our trip was wonderful. Left San Pedro, went to Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan. We did excursions at each location. The MDR (main dining room) food on the ship was Wonderful. The best French onion soup ever. All the appetizers, entrees, and desserts were terrific. We did NO specialty restaurants since the MDR is so good. Our waiter was the same every night, Ramdani, and his assistant Anirudh. They knew our drinks, our preferences, just amazing. We visited the Windjammer buffet for lunches usually, and the variety was perfect. The entertainment and shows were fun and professional. The clea

Great to be back on the high seas after Covid. Staff issues caused some minor problems and the shows on board were less special than I remember but it still was a good time

“Very Grand Beautiful Ship”

Our cruise was so much more than I expected . . it was just amazing. The ship was beautiful, our room was comfortable, clean, roomy and it came with a very attentive steward! Everyone that worked on the ship was respectful, kind and helpful. The food was delicious, dinner in the dining room was so elegant. The process of getting on and leaving the ship was something that had to be dealt with, but they set it all up to expedite as smoothly as possible. There were many fun things to do on the ship, you can stay busy all the time. I personally did not care for Ensenada, but we did enjoy Cata

Every thing with my family's most recent travel--3-Night Mexico Cruise Royal Caribbean - Navigator of the Seas Departed Jun 24, 2022--was by far the most amazing ever. Including the help with the reservation agent at avoya, Wendy. Wendy went our of her way to make sure the family--9 of us total was set to enjoy this amazing cruise. The services on board, the food, the staff, and everything beyond what I would expect for the price! Thank you for making this possible!

Had a great time on Navigator of the Seas. Staff was friendly and the food was great. Entertainment in the Royal theatre was somewhat lacking. The comedian said the same jokes in two different shows. The Ice show was fantastic.
