Outstand. Royal Caribbean took very good care of us and we really enjoyed the "diamond" catagory perks. Also, they have such inovative entertainment and ships (Oasis class). The diving and scyronized swimming shows and ice shows are unique to the cruise industry. Last year we took a cruise on the new Carnival ship (Breeze). It turned out to be just a bigger version of their smaller ships whereas Royal Caribbien thinks out of the box.

The entertainment on the Oasis was awesome and the service was exceptional. I have 2 major concerns. The first deals with the fact that the medical Unit is closed during the hours of 11 am and 4 pm while in port. This became a problem when my sister fell ill with chest pains and had to access medical services around 2.30 pm. She was advised that she had to pay a fee in order for the Medical Unit to be opened. This is unacceptable and I believe the medical facilities should be available to all guests on a 24 hour basis.

Cruise (Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas August 13-20th in the Eastern Caribbean) was just OK. Ship was fantastic and beautiful, but lots of issues with poor guest services, seemingly poor management aboard the ship. Example: Endless long lines often aboard the ship for silly stuff (e.g., like to get into dining room, pick up photos ordered, etc.) Caused many people standing in line, including myself, to say they will really think twice about ever traveling with RC again.
