Enjoyed the shore excursions as well.

It was a trip of a lifetime - including the land tour to Fairbanks.

Had a great experience on Radiance of the Seas. The crew was great, the food was very good, and the ship was very nice!

We were disappointed with the overall quality of food, the odd choices in the buffet, and the dearth of late night food. Princess did a much better job on our last two cruises. Won't go back on RC

Needs self service laundry on ship for a 16 day cruise. Great itinerary. Rude male flight attendant on flight from LAX to Sydney. Roof over life boats blocked view of water below from balcony. Thought obstructed view would be right or left, not below.

Ship - In great shape. Nice places to read but noisy when they get their games/dancing lessons going. Organization - Non existent. Very chaotic; like t his was the first cruise they organized. Embarking/disemparking - very crazy. 2200 people going thru one security checkpoint took 1.5 hours. Getting on and off the ship at ports have taken anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hours. Ports - Why we went to Port Headlands is beyond anyone's idea on the ship. No maps given to passengers before hand to see where we were; where we were going and how to get there. Other lines give you maps the night

This was an insulting cruise based on the amenities that were missing in our suite, cheapest food possible in dining venues and short hours of concierge club. I will not cruise this brand again. CEO has made too many budget cuts recently. Employees are great.

This is a great cruise if all goes well. We bypassed Cairns because of weather conditions, had a tour bus breakdown on Bali, & one or to stops are just ports with little tourist appeal. However, the onboard activities were fantastic: shows, contests, crafts, etc. Our group had a memorable time.

My Fiancé and I have always wanted to go to Alaska, we can't wait to go back and do the Land part on our own schedule with a motor home, but would love to do the cruise again

The trip was tremendous! We enjoyed every minute of the cruise and the excursions we took. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My brother and I wanted to take my mom on a cruise to Alaska - a place she's always wanted to see. She was in between her cancer treatments, and her doctor told her she could go and "make memories." My mom had a number of mobility challenges because of cancer, and we were able to accommodate them all. Unfortunately, Mom passed away this December. And her Alaska memories were with her and her kids as she spent her last days in hospice. We can't thank you enough for helping us put together this experience. We are so blessed, even in tough times.

I chose this cruise because of the ports, which were great and the value. This was the first time on RC the crew were friendly and ship was clean. Good variety of food and options. I felt pricing for extras was a bit high, and it seemed their staff works very hard and long hours. T he photos were not done well at all, I am not sure they were trained and A couple of times seemed annoyed to take pics especially with the kids. Loved the trip and would book again on RC.

I was impressed with the help with luggage, and the bus driver/tour guide. I enjoyed Denali and just all aspects of the trip.

As usual RCCL delivered an awesome cruise. We are already booked for our next one.

The only complaint we have was about the Via Rail trip from Vancouver to Jasper. The train compartment was too cramped for two older passengers. There was no way that either of us could have used the upper bunk. Additionally, no one told us that we could have gotten a ride to our train car which was all the way at the front of the train. We have some difficulties walking long distances and it should have been obvious that we needed assistance.
