It was an enjoyable cruise with good food and entertainment but I was very disappointed that the Broadway show Hairspray was not played due to a recast. We should have been notified of this. No credit given. I would have rescheduled.

I have not cruised in 35 years.... The changes are mind blowing in the best of ways.
Entertainment excellent revoiced left me stunned.
Flight Hairspray were both a bravo performance.
Centerststage, the high C group from
Ukrainian. Both brought back memories with their music. Jazz....
Housekeeping staff were always cleaning. Everyone bent over to go the extra mile. Every where on the ship.
Captain Angel kept information updstes
Important as needed.
The photographers were all fun and professional.
Guest service.. Inez of Croatia worked night desk... Was a blessing... Exc

Symphony is by far the best ship is Royal Caribbean’s fleet. Everything is so high end and spectacular. This is my second time on Symphony, and I would not hesitate to book many more sailing with Symphony!

We had a wonderful time. Most of the time it seemed like we were inside a resort on land. Only when we went near a window or out on deck were we reminded we were out in the ocean. Can't wait to do it again.

Surprisingly not as good as other R.C. Cruises
A staff member at guest counter was rude to me and I was so shocked by this it set me to tears and I walked away crying. Never have I encountered anything but courtesy in past cruises. Shows were canceled due to bad weather which is beyond their control of course. Two excursions were cancelled at port due to weather. Waiter at dinner would ask for entire dinner including dessert, drop the plates, and disappear after not to be seen again. A cup of coffee or tea etc would have been nice so this was never what I have experienced with this cruise l
