If you like enormous ships this may be the one for you. Aside from relatively easy boarding and de-boarding, I found this cruise lines organizational skills a bit lacking. Too few elevators for this mass of humanity and lots of disappointments. Cancelled excursions as well as shows. Out of the 6 we had reservations for, only 2 actually happened. Food was average but I must admit our service staff were terrific as were our cabin attendants.

Ship too big: not enough elevators. Cancelled shows, excursions, etc. Everything "just missed." I would not book another Royal Caribbean cruise, especially on this big a ship.

Due to hurricane Dorian, we wanted to cancel...we could not get out money back, even though we had travel insurance. Cruise was cut short, a lot of programs were cancelled along with Cococay..theu could have taken another direction, but chose not to. Felt like hostage taking. For the money, I was so disappointed.. Cruising will no longer be a thing for me to do.

i was in dining room 4 across from the casino. Going into the dining room you have to go through the smoke filled corridor from the casino. I complained because it should be a fairly easy fix but they told me many people complained but nothing is ever done about it.
Also, while the service was excellent and part of the three dining special, the food at the Chop house was just awful. I sent my steak back and it came back burned and uneatble.
Shouldnt have to pay for that lousy a steak.
Other than that the ship and entertainment and food was excellent.

First, I thought a lot of the people were very rude. Our room steward broke a snoeglobe belonging to our grandson and promised to replace it. Didn’t happen. Said they couldn’t find one even though we say them st the store al CocoCay. They then misplaced a piece of our luggage when we were leaving. They did try to help us find it, but a porter was the one that did after about 45 minutes of searching.

It's a great ship, but I found the dinning schedule in the main dinning room for lunch to short opens at 11:45am and closes at 1:15pm.

I had scheduled as massage on Wednesday at 1230. Vanessa was the one who my appointment was with. She was over 15 minutes late. She rushed through my massage and facial. I have had numerous massages before and this was by far the worst one I have ever received. As she was rushing to get it done, she had cause more pain then necessary. There was nothing relaxing about it. I felt as if I was being man handled. For about 4 days afterward I had to take muscle relaxers and pain killers to help with the pain she had cause. My next staff member was Emma, I took her spin class one day. Again she did
