“Amsterdam to Lucerne”

This was a great cruise with Lucerne extension. The Viking staff on the ship and off were helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The Viking rep in Lucerne was particularly helpful to us and very knowledgeable about the history of Lucerne and also about practical things such as he helping us find a drug store and grocery store.
The hotel in Lucerne is superb. It’s absolutely a five star hotel.
The only negative comment I have is the number of people on the ship. It was filled to capacity ( 190 passengers). Viking should consider reducing that number.

Excellent service, great food, wonderful staff, comfortable accommodations and interesting included excursion. Silver spirits package was great. Additional Marksburg castle tour was interesting however German dinner was not as I expected. Minimal German ambiance and entertainment.
