Seven Seas Prestige: The Ultimate 2026-2027 Cruise Guide

Discover what sets Seven Seas Prestige apart, from expansive luxury suites and all-inclusive dining to elegant Mediterranean and Caribbean sailings.
11 minute read | May 26, 2026

Every so often, a cruise line launches a ship that feels less like a new vessel and more like a statement about where luxury travel is headed. Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ new Seven Seas Prestige is exactly that kind of ship.

As the first in Regent’s new Prestige Class, she debuts on December 13, 2026. Her inaugural season spans the Atlantic, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. More importantly, she raises the bar for what “ultra-luxury, all-inclusive” really means at sea.

Think part private yacht, part floating grand hotel, and part destination in her own right. Prestige carries just 822 guests on 77,000 gross tons – one of the most generous space-per-guest ratios at sea.

She pairs that space with roughly 630 crew members and a 12-category suite lineup. That includes the record-setting Skyview Regent Suite. Onboard, you’ll find 11 dining venues, including the new Mediterranean concept Azure, along with an expanded Serene Spa and Wellness complex.

It all adds up to one of the most talked-about luxury ship debuts of the decade.

This guide will help you make sense of everything Seven Seas Prestige offers – and decide whether she’s the right ship, and the right itinerary, for your next celebration, milestone anniversary, or long-awaited trip of a lifetime.

Ship Overview

Regent has long been known as “the most inclusive luxury cruise experience.” Seven Seas Prestige is its most ambitious expression of that promise to date.

Designed for travelers who prize space, serenity, and style, she introduces a new architectural language for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. At the same time, she preserves the residential warmth and impeccable service the line is known for.

The first thing most guests notice is light. Soaring two-story atriums and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the public spaces. A glass-topped Starlight Atrium, crowned by twin spiral staircases, adds to the effect. The atmosphere feels airy and celestial rather than nautical and enclosed.

The second thing they notice is quiet. Fewer than 1,000 guests are spread across a ship that could hold many more. The result is simple: no lines at the coffee bar, no jockeying for loungers, and no frantic rush for dinner reservations.

Where mainstream mega-ships compete on scale and spectacle, Prestige competes on curation. Every public room has its own personality. Every suite includes a private veranda. And every guest has access to everything – restaurants, excursions, fine wines, entertainment, and unlimited WiFi.

The overall feel is less “luxury cruise” and more like staying in a well-traveled friend’s beautiful oceanfront home.

Key Neighborhoods to Know

The Starlight Atrium – The social and architectural heart of the ship, inspired by Classical and Renaissance interiors. Twin spiral staircases connect Decks 4 and 5, where you'll find Galileo's Bar, the Casino, the Prestige Lounge, the Meridian Lounge, Coffee Connection, the concierge desk, and Reception.

The Dining Circuit – A progression of specialty restaurants and lounges that let you eat and drink your way around the ship without ever repeating a venue.

The Pool Deck – A resort-style main pool flanked by two whirlpools, generous sunbed spacing, and the casual Pool Grill for long, lazy sea days.

Serene Spa & Wellness – A full thermal suite, infinity pool, quartz crystal healing bed, zero-gravity massage tables, and a seashell-inspired entry corridor that sets the tone before you even reach the treatment rooms.

The Observation Lounge – A 270-degree panoramic perch at the top of the ship with angled floor-to-ceiling windows, a full bar, and live music in the evenings.

Accommodations: A New Gold Standard in Cabins

Seven Seas Prestige is an all-suite ship. Every one of her 411 cabins includes a private balcony, walk-in closet, marble bathroom, and the personal touches – fine linens, illy espresso machine, fully stocked bar – that have become Regent signatures.

What's new on Prestige is the sheer range of top-tier suites, including four brand-new categories that simply do not exist elsewhere in the Regent fleet.

The Suite Categories

  • Skyview Regent Suite. ~8,794 sq. feet. Two-story flagship cabin with private gym, sauna, wraparound balconies, floating staircase, and in-suite elevator.
  • Skyview Suites. Two-story. New category with a private rooftop terrace deck, jetted tub, shaded al fresco lounge, and in-suite elevator.
  • Signature Suites. ~2,037 sq. feet. Grand, residential-style footprint with sweeping living and dining areas.
  • Grand Loft Suites. Two-story. Double-height floor-to-ceiling windows and a dramatic staircase.
  • Grand Suites. 1,214 – 1,417 sq. feet. Generous layouts with separate living rooms and oversized balconies.
  • Horizon Penthouse. Varies. New penthouse category with oversized balconies framing forward ocean views.
  • Prestige Suites. 813 – 1,354 sq. feet. Core luxury category with private verandas and elegant interior design.
  • Concierge & Veranda Suites. Entry categories. All feature private balconies, walk-in closets, and marble bathrooms.

Spotlight: The Skyview Regent Suite

Regent has always been known for its flagship Regent Suite. Seven Seas Prestige takes that concept even further. At 8,794 sq ft – roughly four times the size of an average American home – the Skyview Regent Suite is positioned as the largest all-inclusive luxury cruise ship suite ever built. It spans two full decks at the top of the ship.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a formal living room and dining area. There’s also a dedicated bar, private gym, and sauna. An expansive wraparound terrace ties it all together. A sculptural floating staircase connects the two levels, along with a private in-suite elevator.

Fares are expected to land around $25,000 per night once bookings open – and it will likely sell out quickly.

Spotlight: The Skyview Suites (Plural)

Beyond the flagship suite, Seven Seas Prestige introduces a new category: two-story Skyview Suites. They are smaller than the Regent Suite but still exceptional. Each includes a private rooftop terrace with a jetted tub and shaded al fresco lounge seating. Inside, a private in-suite elevator connects the two levels, reinforcing the penthouse-like feel.

If you have ever wanted a true penthouse-style stay at sea – without chartering the entire top deck – this is the sweet spot.

Dining: 11 Experiences, All Included

Dining on Regent has always been a quiet standout in the luxury space: every restaurant, every evening, with no surcharges and no reservations held hostage behind a paywall.

On Seven Seas Prestige that philosophy expands into 11 distinct venues, each with its own point of view. Dining at every specialty venue is included with your cruise fare.

  • Compass Rose (main restaurant) - Regent's signature flexible, fine-dining menu reimagined for Prestige.
  • Azure (mediterranean mezze) - Brand-new venue – shared plates drawing on Mediterranean, North African, and Western Asian traditions.
  • Prime 7 (steakhouse) - Intimate classic chophouse with prime cuts and an elevated wine program.
  • Chartreuse (contemporary French) - Parisian bistro elegance with a modern culinary point of view.
  • Pacific Rim (pan-Asian) - Dramatic Asian-inspired interiors and a menu spanning East and Southeast Asia.
  • Sette Mari at La Veranda (Italian) - Authentic Italian evening service in a relaxed al fresco setting.
  • La Veranda (buffet) - Breakfast and lunch with international stations, pastries, and sea views.
  • Pool Grill (casual poolside) - Burgers, wraps, salads, and daily specials by the water.
  • Coffee Connection (cafe) - Espresso, pastries, and light bites throughout the day.
  • In-Suite Dining (24 hours) - Course-by-course dinner service from Compass Rose delivered to your cabin.

A Closer Look at Azure

The biggest dining news on Seven Seas Prestige is Azure, a new Mediterranean mezze restaurant created specifically for this class of ship.

Instead of the traditional appetizer–entrée–dessert format, Azure centers on shared plates. The menu draws from across the Mediterranean, with influences from North Africa and Western Asia. Expect warm flatbreads, spiced lamb, whole grilled fish, and bright salads with preserved lemon.

The setting matters just as much as the food. The space is designed to feel like a seaside villa, not a formal dining room. It is also the venue most likely to pull guests away from Compass Rose on the first night.

Bars, Lounges, and Entertainment

Evenings on Prestige unfold in layers. You might start with a Negroni at Galileo's Bar – a new venue featuring hand-blown glass fixtures and pearl-like accents – before heading into a production in the Constellation Theater, then drifting upstairs to the Observation Lounge for a nightcap and live jazz under the stars.

Headline Venues

  • Constellation Theater – The ship's main show lounge, purpose-built for large-scale musical productions, cabaret, cirque-style performances, and guest concert recitals.
  • Observation Lounge – Top-of-ship bar with 270-degree panoramic views and live music most evenings; the best seat for sail-away.
  • Galileo's Bar – New on Prestige. Quiet, sophisticated, and ideal for pre-dinner cocktails.
  • Prestige Lounge & Meridian Lounge – Intimate rooms for live music, conversation, and after-dinner drinks.
  • Casino – Compact, elegant, and more of a cocktail-lounge-with-tables than a flashing mega-floor.
  • Coffee Connection – The cafe Regent loyalists will find themselves in every morning for espresso and pastries.

Serene Spa and Wellness

The spa on Seven Seas Prestige has been significantly expanded and reimagined. A curving, seashell-inspired corridor – lined with flowing textures and softly glowing stone – sets a distinctly non-nautical tone from the start.

Inside, the space opens into a full wellness complex. You’ll find treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and a cold room, along with a thermal suite that layers salt, ice, and aromatic steam. There are also experiential showers, a relaxation lounge with backlit sheer drapery, and an infinity pool that looks out to the sea and sky.

Two new features stand out. A Quartz Crystal Healing Bed and a Zero-Gravity Massage Table are designed to elevate treatments into something more restorative than routine.

A dedicated wellness suite menu, Canyon Ranch–informed programming, and expanded fitness classes round out the offering.

If a spa day is part of your definition of luxury, Prestige delivers (arguably better than almost any ship currently sailing).

What's Included in Your Fare

This is where Regent continues to separate itself from every other luxury line. On Seven Seas Prestige, your fare includes:

  • Round-trip business-class air (on most international itineraries) plus transfers.
  • Every restaurant onboard, including specialty dining and 24-hour in-cabin service.
  • Unlimited fine wines, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and specialty coffees.
  • Unlimited shore excursions – often 30 or more included options per itinerary, including some genuinely distinctive choices.
  • Unlimited WiFi across the ship.
  • Gratuities, valet laundry, and pressing.
  • A one-night pre-cruise hotel stay for guests in Concierge cabins and higher.

In other words: once you board, you stop thinking about money. That, more than any single feature of the ship, is what Regent loyalists keep coming back for – and it is a genuine advantage that very few lines match.

Inaugural Season and Itineraries (2026–2027)

Regent has released a 13-cruise inaugural season that plays to the ship's strengths: longer voyages, smaller ports, and a generous balance of sea days and shore time.

Highlights include the maiden 14-night transatlantic from Barcelona, a full Caribbean winter based in Miami, and a Mediterranean and Northern Europe summer based in Civitavecchia, Venice, and Barcelona.

Key dates include:

  • Dec 13, 2026 - 14-night Maiden Transatlantic - Barcelona to Málaga, Madeira, Tortola, and the Caribbean, with up to 38 included shore excursions.
  • Dec 28, 2026 – Apr 2027 - Caribbean Season - 10- and 11-night sailings round-trip Miami, including 'Azure Elegance' and 'Caribbean Zephyr.'
  • Spring 2027 - Transatlantic Repositioning - Miami to the Mediterranean, with festive-style inclusions.
  • Summer – Fall 2027 - European Grand Tour - Homeporting from Civitavecchia/Rome, Venice, and Barcelona across the Mediterranean, Western Europe, and Northern Europe.

How to Choose the Right Sailing

Want the historic voyage? Book the December 13, 2026 maiden transatlantic. It will be celebratory, heavily staffed, and full of firsts.

Prefer warmth and a shorter flight? The 10- and 11-night Caribbean sailings out of Miami are the sweet spot – new-ship sparkle, easy flights, and predictable weather.

Dreaming of Europe? Her summer 2027 Mediterranean program is where the longer itineraries really stretch their legs, with port overnights and late-evening departures designed for slow travel.

Who Seven Seas Prestige Is (and Isn't) Built For

Prestige is an outstanding fit for couples and multi-generational travelers who want a slower, more residential style of cruising. She is not a ship for families with younger children, not a ship with waterslides or rock walls, and not a ship where the action is. She is a ship where the captain knows your name by day three, where the sommelier remembers what you ordered the night before, and where dinner lasts three unhurried hours by choice.

If your ideal vacation includes big pool parties, late-night clubs, and crowd-driven energy, Prestige will feel quiet. If your ideal vacation is long lunches, great wine, a good book, a brilliant spa afternoon, and a dinner you'll remember for years, she may be the best ship afloat in 2027.

Booking Guidance from Your Avoya Personal Travel Advisor

Inaugural seasons move fast, and Prestige is no exception. As of this writing, the flagship Skyview Regent Suite, the new Skyview Suites, and the Horizon Penthouse are selling first on almost every sailing. Signature and Grand Loft Suites are close behind. Here is how to think about it:

  • Book the suite category first, not the date. If a specific suite type matters to you, locking it in early is more important than picking a particular week.
  • Match the itinerary to the season, not the ship. Prestige will be gorgeous everywhere, but a seven-night Mediterranean sailing in October will feel very different from a 14-night holiday transatlantic.
  • Pair your travel advisor's promotion with Regent's. Regent publishes public fares, but a Avoya Personal Travel Advisor can layer group space, onboard credit, prepaid gratuities, and pre-cruise hotel upgrades on top of those fares. Always ask – it's almost always there.
  • Consider back-to-back voyages. Prestige's itinerary design rewards combining two consecutive sailings into a single extended voyage, often with a reduced combined fare and a custom in-between experience.
