The Venetian and Aqua are the two main dining halls of the ship and both offer traditional American food in an upscale setting. For a more European dining experience, head over to O'Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar & Grill for some old-fashioned fish & chips and a cold beer. You can also treat your palette to some amazing south of the border food at Los Lobos Mexican restaurant or Moderno Churrascaria gourmet Brazilian restaurant.

Modeled after a fine European opera house, the Stardust Theater brings Broadway-worthy live performances directly to you while you sail aboard the Norwegian Dawn. The theater features a relaxing atmosphere complete with rich red decor, high-end seating, and state-of-the-art sound equipment so you can experience the best sound possible during all performances. During your cruise, enjoy live entertainment such as Showdown, a live singing competition where the audience gets to decide who moves on to the next round; Elements, a musical where professional singers and dancers perform routines themed around earth, air, fire, and water; or Soul Rockin' Nights, a music performance that pays tribute to songs of the 1980s. Along with complimentary shows, the theater offers special ticketed shows during select cruises.

Trainer led physical fitness classes occur daily and you can sign up for as many as you like while at the fitness center. For those who wish to get some fresh air while working out, there is a jogging track on the upper deck as well as a sports recreation area where you can play volleyball or basketball. You are also welcome to swim laps in the ship's lap pool; it is the longest of any cruise ship lap pool at sea.

Loosen up stiff muscles and melt all your worries away with a trip to Norwegian Dawn's Mandara Spa & Salon. Indulge in a relaxing deep tissue massage and enjoy some quality ‘me time’ pampering yourself for a while. Mandara Spa & Salon offers an entire menu of beauty treatments as well as health and wellness services that are sure to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Some of the services offered at Mandara Spa & Salon include couples’ massages, acupuncture, cellulite treatments, manicures and pedicures, Botox injections, lip enhancements, and hot stone massages. Spa Thermal Suite is another oasis for your mind, body, and soul. Aboard the Norwegian Dawn, your kids will have an extraordinary opportunity to learn and play thanks to the many enriching activities and social events aimed directly at them. Whether you are traveling with teens or toddlers, they will have plenty to see and do in between port stops. Entourage Teen Club is a fun social place that mimics the adult hangouts on the ship but is filled with fun activities that are age-appropriat\ for them. Entourage is a fun 1970s-themed disco club that features a dance floor, cafe seating, a jukebox, and plenty of arcade games to keep them entertained.
