The Vista and staff went far beyond our expectations. The ship was so clean and inviting. The cruise director, Frankie was so fun. Great personality! Adi, our steward was excellent and hard working. Everyone was extremely customer friendly.

There were 11 in our group and always something going on for everyone. We had too much fun, sun and food. Can’t wait to cruise again

Great cruise overall but too many people, had to wait in line for meals every day.

First time my husband and I have taken a vacation just the two of us in 20+ years. We had an amazing time! Cruise was great despite itinerary changes! Thank you Cindy Richardson for helping us book it!

We enjoyed our Carnival Vista cruise! The crew was probably the friendliest we have encountered on any of our cruises! The ship was lovely, and our room was very nice. Everything seemed to be in very good condition, and very clean, no matter where we were on the ship. We felt like the activities onboard were not as extensive as we have enjoyed on other cruise lines, and the food was not as high quality or varied as we have experienced on other lines. This was a less expensive cruise than others we have been on, so we got value for our dollars, but I think we'll probably book on other lines in the future.

I was traveling for my 70th birthday. I was on the 9th floor so satisfied by the service provided by Alexandra (Peru), Jonna (Philippines) and Jaquelin(Peru). Making my experience one I will never forget. I wish to celebrate my following years with Carnival.

The housekeeping and cafeteria service is the best, the people who provides service with a smile. Making the trip magical.

Carnival is still our favorite line, however, this time it was not great. The family harbor suite with cove balcony (2433) was under the galley and was LOUD all day but even more so at night. As this is meant as a family suite, it is unforgivable that Carnival would put young kids in a noisy situation. It caused mine to wake up in the middle of the night and as most parents know that often means your kid is going to wet the bed. Mine did - twice Then there was the food. Oh what happened here!? The quality was VERY inconsistent. Day one we went for Guy’s burgers and all six of us came away thinking - what was that!? It was awful. I tried one the next day and it was back to awesome. You just didn’t know from day to day what you’d get. The main dinning was the same. The prime rib was terrible and the lasagna was not edible. Our server determined that the chef forgot to add any sauce to any of our dishes and it was extremely over cooked, dry, and crunchy. One day the ribs were a disgrace and the next they were fine. There was simply no consistency in the quality. The other challenge was the entertainment. Playlist productions hit it out of the park every time. Fantastic! But some of the performers around the ship - not so great. A woman playing the guitar in the atrium was not good. My father made it a point to see her as he loves solo guitar and left after the second song. The comedy was not funny. In one show I attended no one laughed even once. The comedian said “that’s okay - you’ll all get it next week and laugh then” - still not laughing. The three violin players we’ve seen before and they were incredible as always. Then there was the mask mandate that went into effect mid cruise. This caused a big turmoil on board. Many people ignored it which upset the people that were adhering to it and nearly caused fights. Multiple people said they only announced it once we left port so passengers could not get off and fly home because MANY wanted to do just that. This, despite six positive Covid confirmations (4 symptomatic) on a “100%” vaccinated cruise. People were VERY upset that they changed the mask mandate DURING the cruise and not after we returned to Galveston.

Not a good experience at all. 1ST DAY.We were supposed to board at 12:30. We didn't get in our room until 10:30 that night. There was fog and the ship was delayed.( not the ships fault) But we were all 5 k of people trying to board at the same time. My husband is disabled and we were told before boarding that if I could get the bags up to the ramp, then we would be helped. But no help showed up. I had asked to be in the middle of the ship, but we were put at the end 2495 of floor 2.So much walking, so I stayed in the room mostly. My grown nephew wanted to take a short excursion. Went to book IT in Jamaca and he wanted his mother to go and to watch him swim with the dolphins, but was told she couldn't go because of her disability. So he then went on the excursion and came back very upset. There were other people there with disabilities. The waiters and staff on the ship were fantastic. Cant say enough about that. Ship is also very clean also. But no were wont be referring anyone with any disability to that a cruise woth Carnival.

David Walsh arranged this week cruise, and it was certainly the best choice for us. Islands, Grand Cayman and Jamaica, were the highlights, and the Carnival Vista proved very capable as to food quality, and amenities. Thanks David, your service was excellent, and we will undoubtedly book with you again.

Lived this cruise, what a good deal and a great way to travel!

The food was terrible and the service was worse. Only two times on the cruise did a waiter actually ask if I needed a drink the rest of the time we had to go get our own. We were two hours late disembarking and at the same time they were running a coast guard evacuation.
