I thought the food was sub par. Service was outstanding

I wish it was a longer stay in Bermuda! The boat really needed to be refurbished! I am glad you are doing it! Our service every night was great for food!! The shows were fabulous! Kali Rose was a fabulous host! Sudarsona and Erlina were the best for food serving!! The drinks are not the same quality as the Edge! They were tasteless and watery!! But we still love Celebrity Cruise over any other Cruise Line!!

The food was inconsistent..The room had very little storage.. the staff was friendly and professional..

The ship is well maintained. All staff were always pleasant and smiling. Usually, when picking a seating time for dinner, one can change time when first boarding. Due to pretty full booking, this option was not open. We could not go to an earlier time than the 2nd seating and though understanding, eating as late as we had to do was uncomfortable. Wish we had known the policy was changed.

It met my expectations

Cruise was great...Ship and crew very good. Only exception was excursion to St. Maarten..Bus not air conditioned, and the stops where we were taken were not so nice, also no air conditioning for the most part. So, overall, the excursion company should have known their climate, hot-humid needed a better planned vehicle and itinerary....

I had a great time on this cruise! I highly recommend this itinerary.

The food was not as good on this cruise as others. The staterooms were larger however so that was good.

We enjoyed our Celebrity cruise from Boston to Quebec and back. Boarding was easy, our room was well-prepared and our cabin steward/butler was right there to introduce himself and make us feel welcome. The food in the various venues was all good. For some reason the World Cafe seemed very crowded during the entire cruise. There were many times when it was difficult to find a place to sit and people were generally not very courteous. I guess that they were as frustrated as I was. We didn't see all of the shows, but the ones we saw were quite good. Our favorite was a show that combined acrobatics, lively classical and contemporary music and dancing. It was spectacular. Because we were out of town for two weeks, we did take advantage of the laundry service. It did take about 18 hours to get our things back, which was in line with what was promised and they did an excellent job. I had read horror stories about laundry, but our experience was very good. We had sailed earlier in the year on the Silhouette so the interior of the Eclipse seemed a bit tired by comparison. However, it was still clean and comfortable. The reasons for the 4-star reviews instead of five are three. (1) We used a concierge to help us with some specialty dinner reservations, so we were surprised when we arrived to discover that our planned table of four was listed as 2 tables of 2. We were told that it was not a problem and that it would take about 10 minutes to change things up and prepare a place for us. 30 minutes later we checked and were finally seated. From that point on the service was slow. Apparently, we really disrupted their routine. We all had the premium beverage package, so it would have been nice to be seated somewhere and offered a glass of wine. There was plenty of open space for that to happen. I guess we should have just asked rather than standing around outside the restaurant. (2) I had two excursions scheduled on one day. When I booked, the times were such that we could easily go on both. Somewhere along the line one of the tours was changed to a time that overlapped with the other, but I received no notification that was the case and I didn't notice the times on the tickets until the day of the tour. (3) We took an excursion that cost over $200 for the two of us. Basically we were taken by bus to a small town, dropped off and told to return in about 1 1/2 hours. There was some narration on the trip over and back, but the tour guide seemed more interested in telling stories and jokes rather than describing where we were and what we were seeing. To be fair, I did report it and was given a discount on that tour.

The Eclipse is in need of refurbishing. The food service in Blue was outstanding. The buffet not so much. My husband got a,raw meatball. We reported it and never heard another word. Waffles and pancakes were lousy. The coffee service was very sparse. The entertainment on the entire ship was outstanding. The bar areas were crowded and fun, wirh excellent music. The pool bar hamburgers and fries were very good. Service was excellent. Pinocolatta was horrible. All fake flavors. The mud slides were outstanding. Most of the chairs need to be refurbished. Very uncomfortable. Our cabin was ok. The bed was very comfortable..The sofa was uncomfortable. Some of the towels were ok others needed to be used as floor rags. The pillows were wonderful. Our cabin Stewart was excellent. We found the excursions were outrageous. We have been on many cruises with different lines and the The excursions were much longer with no charge or better prices. The moment we boarded the crew started to bug us about upgrading our packages. This continued for several days.,

The itinerary was excellent. Luckily the weather was in our favor for the whole trip. Our experience on the ship was wonderful. Food, company, and entertainment added to a great trip.

Excellent cruise we were able to spend 2 days in Boston which were very informative to us about the early history of our country. The cruise was perfect, weather, the ship and its crew were just top notch. All eight of our party had a very eventful and pleasant vacation. we are ready to plan another event with Lucy Kaye.

Bermuda was all we were expecting. The weather was warm, but not sweltering. We hired a driver at the pier for $60 per person who drove us along the western route to St. George’s past Horseshoe Bay, Crystal Caves, the Michael Douglas compound, and the luxury hotels. We then came back the eastern route to a Turtle Farm, the Botanical Gardens, had lunch at Swizzler’s Inn, and finally back to Hamilton where we stayed for some shopping before heading back to King’s Warf via the ferry. The next day we spent at the Warf taking in the sights there. The 2 1/2 days were all we were expecting.

The crew was wonderful and this trip was amazing.

I was disappointed because it was much colder then I expected. For the price we paid, I thought we should at least have access to a steam room. Need more entertainment to suit older people.
