Celebrity Cruises - Celebrity Millennium Reviews

Staff was great. Food was mediocre. The Blu menu was subpar and the portions were small. Even the main menu was not great. The buffet was better than the restaurants. Entertainment was excellent. Ship tours were a big disappointment.

The islands of Japan were very beautiful and interesting. However, the ship's food selection and quality was poor. The rooms on the Millennium are small and cramped. Sent clothes out to the laundry and they came back with a strange smell and didn't appear to be clean. Over priced massages were not professional.

The ship and crew were fantastic. The ports were great, as was the food. Some of the excursions could have been a bit better, as the tour guides tended to move a bit quickly. Overall, we'd do it again.

Our trip was really beautiful! Our Cruise was excellent, as were the staff on board. The only negative part of the trip, was our veranda cabin. It was on the 9th floor, which was right under the cafeteria, which , was noisy late night and early morning. Our room also had an overhang (with supporting poles) that made balcony picture taking almost impossible! The roof interfered with our beautiful view of Alaska.

it was very enjoyable, the crew was great, the restaurants were excellent. Information flowed. We had no issues. It was a very positive experience

The land portion of our cruise was awe inspiring. Our tour of Denali Nationals park was wonderful and we viewed Denali! Tour director and bus driver treated us like old friends. The sights on the cruise portion were wonderful also. Whale watching, salmon fishing, both the Hubbell and Mendenhall glacier. Just wonderful. The food on the ship was top notch in the restaurants and just horrible in the buffet, soup made with water and corn starch, really? You need to do better! Also, we paid for a 7 night cruise, not a 5 night cruise. Starting the evening of the 5th night they started shutting down and getting ready for the next cruise. Again, you can do better Celebrity. We did not let this ruin our experience, but we wont forget.

Perfect weather great majestic scenery. Well looked after by celebrity cruises.

The trip was well planned and carefully executed. We had a great time and will remember it for a very long time!

WOW...what fun we had. We got to go dog sledding and then play with the husky puppies. We went crab catching one of the former boats from "The deadliest catch" TV show, which we are big fans of. We got to go whale watching and saw Humpback Whales, Orcas, Seals, Sea Lions, Crabs, Octopus, Bald Eagles and much more. Then of course there was the cruise ship. Amazing food, amazing service, and great people. The staff couldn't be better, they anticipated your every want and need even before you did...lol.

Our room was too small for 3 adults.It took us most of the day to get a decent room and we had to pay an additional 700.00,which devoured our Credit money. Otherwise we were pleased with buffet,dinner and entertainment. Staff was exceptional.If we were to go on another cruise,we would try a newer Cruise ship.

The ports of call on this cruise were fantastic and extremely enjoyed them! The Millennium on the other hand was disappointing as it is getting old and it shows. Rust showing thru, paint caked on so thick it looked terrible. The service was excellent in the main dining room and in the specialty restaurants. In the buffet there were more tables covered with dirty dishes and glasses then we have ever seen. The same goes for the bars on the outside, it's like they were short staffed. We sailed on the Celebrity Reflection last summer and the service across the ship was outstanding so it must be ship related. We won't be going back to the Millennium anytime soon!

Interesting island visits.

Had a great cruise with Celebrity. Ship was in great shape and crew was great also.

Didn’t have our shore excursion on record and didn’t have room for us in the only boat going ashore, so could get to even walk on the beach. Had two appointments for massage, which were good, and one diner reservation that was made with original trip reservation. Crowed and noisy everywhere. Luckily we had a balcony room so that helped. Thank you for your assistance in booking, but we will never take another cruise.

We had a wonderful time on Celebrity. And the staff was amazing. April, Ufuk, Jon’s and Aaron went above and beyond to make our cruise special and memorable. Thank you very much Celebrity!!

Older ship but nicely refurbished. Food ok. Staff wonderful

Had a wonderful time on our Panama Canal cruise! Even though we missed a port due to a Pacific hurricane, the captain kept us safe passing between storm systems. The engineering marvel of the Panama Canal on a picture perfect day was an amazing journey of a lifetime!

Not enough activities on ship. With it too cold to be on deck they needed more activities indoors

Even refurbished, the Millennium is showing its age. The activity selection was weak, especially for a cruise with four sea days, and the food service, selection, and quality were below par compared with our past Celebrity cruises, even as recently as January, 2022 on the Edge.
