Room, food and service were exceptional.

Our first with Explora but certainly not our last. This is a beautiful ship. the staff goes out of their way to meet your every need. The food was fantastic in all of the restaurants. We loved going to Fils rouge for breakfast. There are some negatives that we would like to point out. First of all the presence of children in strollers at 8:00 or later in dining rooms. You are trying to achieve an exclusive atmosphere and at the same time you let children on. I don't relish the sound of a crying child while I am trying to dine. Your shops on board-they are lovely and very elegant but nothing at all on a level that some people can afford. I like browsing in shops and usually make a purchase of clothing or jewelry at a lower level, not Cartier or your shop with shawls for $2,700. Lastly my wine of choice is a California Chardonnay. I was very disappointed that the only whites were Italian or Spanish and not to my liking. Someone on your staff told me that when you sail the Caribbean you serve Californian Chard. I wish you would expand that to Mediterranean cruises. We have booked for April, 2026 on another cruise on Explora 1 and can't wait to be on board again.

This was our first cruise on Explora 1 and by far the best.

Cruise was excellent. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to traveling with Explora in the future.

Met our expectations. However, staff really young and still need some training. ( restaurants & bars). Food is good but not outstanding.
