the cruise ship met my expectations, people/staff were great, food also though smaller variety than big ships was plentiful and varied. the stateroom (ocean view) was nice. I wish they would perhaps use less throwaway things like plates and straws. Very clean and well kept ship. Entertainment was perhaps a bit the same but still we could find something to do. bar service and variety great.

The private island is probably the highlight of my back to back cruises very relaxing super clean everyone is so friendly and I like the idea of staying really late

Not a very good ship. Food, music, entertainment all needed a lot of improvements.

WAY TO MEANY SCREAMING AN RUNNING KIDS

Cruise was great. Vijay, Jonjoun,and Norsky were the awesome bar staff.

Paid for a balcony room put us in an inside cabin 1090. Got off the ship our vacation was ruined. James Monaco

Fantastic itinerary and lovely n efficient crew. Best manager in the reception. Cabin great. Bed needs upgrade. In the past I enjoyed food and shows. Not this time. Even pasta wasn't what you expect in an italian cruise. There were no enough spoons, cups or glasses in the buffet areas. Everyday was the same problem.maybe because being the last week of vacation there were too many passengers. I always recommended them in the past and I hope next time I have a better experience.

I enjoyed every minute of!

Short version: three main issues with this trip. First issue is that this boat is quite old. It’s not well taken care of and there was a lot of mold in our bathroom. I am extremely allergic to mold and the way that the boat supposedly fixed it was throwing some bleach on it (6 months worth of mold does not go away like that). It did not help and as a result I was sick my entire trip and after I left the boat. They would not move us. I had to explain to them twice that this was a HUGE health issue. Next, the fan in the bathroom and the AC did not work properly in our room. It took three visits from technicians, and still our room was warm the whole trip. Third, the dining room and food are not very accommodating unless you buy a suite. We could not get smaller dishes, dishes without a garnish, or sides with our meals. It made my friend and I feel as though we were not important at all.

We enjoyed every minute of it.
